We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe pool rules on the wall to pool clearly stated that children under 16 to be accompanied by adults (fair enough). However the over zealous pool chap insisted no child under five allowed in the pool at all. I selected the hotel for it's pool and facilities so this way a major disappointment. No smoke detector in room it in hallway (had been removed) ... Safety breach 1416.

ItalyThe room cleaning service needs more attention and improvement. In some days the room was well organized, in other days, it was as none has cleaned it: just made the bed quickly (not even organized the pillows) but the towels in the bathroom were not organized not the room was vacuumed.
The hotel is modern, nice decoration, big space, we had a nice view from our room. Our rate was without breakfast but we tried it for one day only and it was very good. There is construction around the place (made it a bit hard at the beginning to get to know the direction to arrive to the center or the area) but which will mean that the place will be well connected with the railway service. just walking distance, there are two shopping malls that have many shops, cinema and food courts. Finally, as almost everywhere in Istanbul, there was a lovely kitten (around 3-4 months) at the entrance of the hotel usually at night, l love how they treat him and how the kitten is sleeping peacefully as an owner of the place 🐱 meaning it felt safe. thank you for taking care of the lovely small creatures and for your service.
