Room was not very clean, there were dust balls on the pelmet on top of the curtains. AC stopped working and due to staff being limited in the evening it wasn't fixed. Room was a little noisy due to the highway nearby, but it didnt bother our kid. Would stay again if the room was exceptionally clean.

We refused to take a taxi and decided to walk, so we returned to the hotel up a steep mountain. It's better to take transport

My sister and I came for 3 days and stayed at this hotel and did not regret it. We really liked the interior, the rooms were clean and quite spacious. The room has a hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, tea and coffee. The hotel is like a small castle with lots of stairs, plants and an area to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and caring. I would especially like to highlight two employees🤩🤩🤩 Furkan and Halil 🥰🥰🥰 They helped us from the very first minute with everything. it's that feeling when the staff makes you feel at home and safe in a foreign country! The location is very good. A 10-minute walk from the hotel is the Ortakoy Mosque, and next to it there are many bars, restaurants, a souvenir bazaar that is open all night and, of course, baked potato shops. The most delicious in the city. you can go to the river, listen to street musicians and enjoy your food and view of the bridge.

The staff was nice but couldn’t speak English. They didn’t clean our rooms for 4 days and one of us had a baby so you can imagine the smell. My room was so small and had a lot of stairs to go there.

This was one of the best stay for me, Staffs were amazing from my check in to check out. I had few issues with my credit card and had to go get cash, staffs were very understanding, very patient with me. I even missed my returned flight and had to stay an extra night, the staffs took good care of me, by allowing me to use their phone to call the airline; they were very helpful when it comes to getting me taxi to wherever I needed to go during my stay. The room, decoration, food, location and aesthetic of this place is 10/10. I would definitely come back to stay there when I visit Istanbul.

The room that we had was most probably the oldest one in the hotel. The bath was too bad and not comfortable at all. The breakfast was good but there is no menu or whatsoever. You can order a lot of things but you don’t know what could be ordered.
