We were told that the breakfast was served at 8 o'clock to 11 o'clock but on some days most of it finished when we got there at around 10 o'clock. The bathroom needs upgrading.

The location is perfect. It is located in a busy lively street and all the shops and the restaurant are just there. The main attractions, the Topkapi palace, the Hagia Sophia, the Sultanahmet mosque, the Grand bazaar and many other places are also in a 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.

The small hotel is run down and so is the staff. At check in the guy who made the check in would rather talk in Phone than talk to me. He forgot to tell me about the free breakfast and the WiFi -code. The room was big, had its own balcony. But the tapestry was hanging loose from the wall. The water stopped while I took a shower. The lift engine was close to the room and pretty loud

This hotel is 5 minutes away from cirkeci station and 10 minutes to Haiga Sophia. Several restaurants close by. Good internet, ok breakfast. Cheap

1. The High noise of the city which never sleep until 2 - 3 pm, tramway noise, but for a visit it is a good experience for long stay could be an issue ;-). 2. Also it's not related to the hotel but the unique Pharmacy close at 7 pm !? Then you have to wait until 9 am morn8ng to buy baby milk or a drug, so consider this timing in your plans.

The hotel location is perfect, in th heart of Fatih or Serkaci District exactly next to Aya Sophia, and Mermara Gar, Grand Bazar, so many places to be visited on feet. Thanks also to Mr Kerim the manager for the support and hospitality.

The location is just perfect, very close to all sightseeing attractions. A lot of small nice shops and cafes around. very nice staff, really friendly. the room in reality looked somewhat worse than in the pics. It looks as if it was very nice a while ago but now needs some work to be done. I would recommend some refurbishment and to improve cleaning. But of course then the price would be higher. By the way I shared my thoughts with the owner/manager and he was very accepting. We were surprise with a quite nice breakfast. Overall, the location is really worth it!

They didn't clean on a daily basis, during the 7 days they cleaned 3 times. It was noisy at night, throughout the whole night.

Although the booking was confirmed through Booking a long time ago, when we arrived in the middle of the night, they told us that there was a guest who refused to leave the room and we were transferred to another branch near the hotel. Next day we went to our booked room.

The manager, Mr. Suleiman and other staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is very close to food outlets, shops, tram and metro stations. Walking distance to Gulhane Park, Tokhapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosques.

The food is very good. The hotel location is perfect. The taxi arrangement pick up from and to airport is perfect and cheap. Bursa Tour arrangement also perfect. PCR test available at hotel and very quick and on time. There is lift in this hotel so really helpful for my 4 heavy baggage to 5th floor The staff 24 hrs available very nice and really helpful. Overall I really happy with this hotel. The room is suitable for all family member. Overall this hotel make me happy in Istanbul.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting! It looked like it wasn’t cleaned in 30 years. There were dried insects on the wall. Damp in every corner. The toilet didn’t have running water or hot water. The bed sheets were stained and there were blood stains on the towels. I had to run as far away from this place the morning after landing. If you are worried about your health please don’t stay here. The “hotel” smelled so bad and there were plates of food left behind doors and the breakfast was appalling! I was too scared to have anything because the food smelled so so bad and it was clearly expired!

Not clean enough, and only 1 key for the room, we have 5 adults and coming in/out was an issue, as we had to make sure someone was in. Not what u expect from a hotel, Very basic breakfast, just a snack really.
