The location l, there are many bus stop around the block which you can take to tour around taipei. Its more convenient than taking train.

Not easy to start the TV. It required to repeat and wait for the instructions and the screen got frozen quickly. Wasting all my time and efforts trying to see a program only for 0-15 mins.

Very helpful desk staff who made us feel very welcome. Tommy in particular was of great assistance and couldn't have been more helpful for our stay.

Would prefer the lighting to be brighter. The spa bath in the room was mediocre but it still provided some relief after long day in town. I'd appreciate an automated option to indicate 'no room service' from our room.

There was a window in the bathroom but not in the room which was a bit of a negative point. The heating/AC was difficult to set up, it was freezing cold when we arrived, we struggled to change it to a normal temperature but then it got so hot it made it difficult to sleep! The staff helped us the next day and put a nice temperature bit this could be better (not big problems just flagging!)

Location was convenient, 10 minutes walk from a night market and plenty of taxis around. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and all amnesties available. Really appreciated the laundry appliance even an iron was available.

The furnishings were old and blinds in the toilet were torn at the corner, carpet in room was also old & slightly dusty.

The room sound isolation is not as good like what others had reviewed but consider the price, I think it's acceptable to me.

The room is quite roomy. It has a big bath room with jacuzzi and separate shower area. The TV system is also quite good with smart TV option and even built in ceiling speaker. It's also a short walk to Ningxia night market. Hotel staff is also friendly. Guidance was also given to parking using the car lift which is a little challenging for people who are not familiar with such parking facilities with unfamiliar rental car.

The lady staff were so nice and helpful, but the weekend male receptionist wasn't nice as before. The facilities and location is valuable .

Price is way too high compare w similar hotel that charge the same daily cost. Location is far away from MRT Arounding area is far away from the center/famous of location......need to transfer 2-3 MRT stations You can not cancel the booking and/or total days when you found the hotel terrible condition and location.......they charge you about US$ 90. I have them call the texi/Uber, and I have to wait in outside of building for 45 minutes. The Towers hotel provide are disgusting and very old. The pillow case can see the blood stains. Not an professional hotel.

We booked a no smoking room that reeked of smoke. The carpet felt like it was sticking to our shoes when we walked in. The toilet is having a window. When you look out, you can see the person across the street working. The walls were super thin. We could hear the conversations of the people in the next room. The area is really, really rundown looking and smelled like a public restroom.

I tried really hard to think about something I liked about this place. I'm drawing a blank. Oh, it's close to a really neat bar. The name escapes me, but it had a drunk bunny as the logo.

Just a little bit smell cigarettes from outside . And. One thing I’m not sure that hotel change our bedsheet or not 5555 seem to be the same along 6 days but not dirty .

That ‘s a good one location , quite at night that made us can sleep well .In the morning along the road easy for having breakfast

The gentleman at the front desk at night, who I forgot to write his name, made my stay so much better. He was attentive and made everything he could to solve my requests! I can't thank him enough for this. I couldn't get a large bed but the staff joined the two beds and added a lining with solved the usual pit between beds. The self service laundry was easy to use and the treadmill was useful too. The large tub was another highlight of my stay here. I was worried that the light from the bathroom would be an issue but as the gentleman explained, the curtains blocked the light completely.

The cleaning status of the room could be better, small animals found in the bathroom, likely entered from the window...
