We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

besides the location, there was also free ice cream, chips and drink (even alcoholic) on arrival. complimentary laundry as well. i appreciate the upgrade to a larger room too.

Location is good near night market. Walking distance from train station. Room is small and not that clean. A bit dusty. Good for one night stay. They have snacks and ice cream available right throughout the day.

Appreciated the free chips and ice cream. Staff were always friendly. Laundry and dryer temporarily didn't work but staff organised for it to be done elsewhere.
