They could do better with the quality of the food.

The room was spacious, AC worked very well, bed comfortable, water pressure from the shower was fantastic and staff were great! There's also a fairly equipped gymn and a swimming pool as well as a nice bar. The location is also good, and there's a casino and great restaurant on the ground floor, not part of the hotel, I think. I'm happy I discovered this place coz it will be my favorite place to stay in Dar.

The restaurant staff is very slow and takes long to prepare your order. Breakfast portions very good though.

Hallways could use an update and some paint! Pool could use a few more lounge chairs that weren’t broken.

The lifts were a bit confusing to pass by to other floors

The room was excellent and they provided free water bottles after every clean, the breakfast was a variety of food and you could eat to your fill. The staff would ensure that the room was clean and aromatic . there was also a restaurant down by the casino where they served superb food and the staff were very friendly

Harbour location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and very reasonably priced, the room was very spacious and the en suite bathroom and shower excellent, we would recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again. Airport transfers were also excellent.

Lights are a bit cold, room would be even more pleasant with 'warm' lights.

We only stayed one night but had a really good time. Staff is friendly, helpful and the room is spacious and clean, with a view on the harbour. Very practical as well that it is so close to the ferry terminal to Zanzibar. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. Thank you, we had a good time. Maite, Hamed and Leia

It is a labyrinth to go up and down between the room, reception and access to the ground floor and the restaurant. The carpet in my room I don't think had seen a washing since its purchase but otherwise the daily cleaning was good.

The staff are very helpful and responsive I moved rooms since in the first one the mini fridge was not working and I needed it for my medicine but the second one was alright. The location is great near the port and you can position yourself easily on the map. The food quality at the restaurant is good as well. Bed was comfy!
