Air con in the room could have been a little better

The staff were amazing, so so friendly and obliging, great with our baby girl also, 10/10 guys, keep up your outstanding work!! The chef in the resort was amazing also, any dish we fancied all we had to do was give 24 hours notice and it was done!

Not much but few suggestions. The place will certainly benefit from having a pool table and ping-pong table as additional activities as well as a sauna. Best wishes

Amazing location with the resort overseeing the beach just a few steps below. Clean picturesque sea view with mild low and high tides. The resort offers kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, spa and gym, choice of different massages and yoga sessions, all top notch. The staff (management to cleaning service personnell) is super-friendly, helpful and fulfílls all your wishes. The chef is a class of his own and it comes as a surprise Tulia restaurant does not have a Michelin star yet. Several interesting guided or ungiuded tours outside of the resort complete the experience. All in all, a really unique, amazing stay. Thank you!

Pillows are not adequate to the hotel status

Excellent location for quiet vacations. The tide change the view all the time. The villas are spacious, well equipped and modern designed. The sea view villas gives you the privacy that you want. The food was excellent , the chef overcome our expectations. Service was really good. The free massage in spa was very nice and the girls really polite. We didn't want to go out of the hotel area because it was perfect.

Nothing that we personally did not like, you should know that the property has direct access to the sea but no strand of beach per se. The pool and the sandy elevated deck however more than makes up for it. It is also located 1 hour from the airport and other attractions in Paje for instance. Again not a problem, just giving heads up.

Tulia Zanzibar is truly a unique resort. Every aspect of the property is of utmost quality, the bungalows are spacious and extremely well appointed. There are only 16 rooms which makes it intimate and relaxing. The food is delicious, and most of all the team is super friendly, professional and will go over and beyond to make sure you spend an amazing time.

one person smoking a cigar in the bar area. it was good that it almost totally open but the slight breeze move the obnoxious smoke and smell. strongly recommend no smoking in public areas

It’s not fair that you have to leave at the end of the stay; they should just let you live there forever. Not sure we’ll ever find fruit as tasty and ripe as Tulia’s.

Tulia staff, food, location and property is amazing. World class luxury. we stayed at some other “5star” resorts on our Tanzania trip, and this is by far the best. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. When the head chef heard we were leaving Saturday afternoon and so would miss BBQ night he had his staff put together a private BBQ night for us in the gardens, truly amazing and wonderful!

Going back home, but we will definitely visit Tulia again someday!!!!

It is difficult to describe Tulia in words, but I will summarize saying that among many top hotels I have ever stayed around the world, Tulia was overall the best. Service makes a huge difference, and at Tulia, you are truly treated like a majesty. The staff is so nice, they will make anything to surprise and please you. The Beach Front Villa is incredible: a spacious, comfortable and cozy room with your private garden/ sand strip overlooking the ocean. The beach is amazing, colored in different tones of light blue and the beach sand is almost white. The hotel facilities include a superb pool, an amazing restaurant with the possibility of dining in front of the blue sea, and countless delicious options for every meal (you have at least 6 different choices/ meal/ day) and a top spa, with one of the best massages I have ever had. We were in our heneymoon and had a great time at Tulia! We were even surprised with an amazing private romantic outdoor dinner offered to us! Many thanks to all the staff for this wonderful experience!

Most of the fruits where a bit sour but besides that all was real great! We can really recommend that place.

All Meals are al la cart. We loved, that even the coconuts were inclusive. The Bungalows are al clean, in an excellent shape and with a terrace. All Water attractions are included. The service is super great, we had lots of fun with them. No matter what you want to to (trips, attractions on the Island) you can book with the reception, which we absolutely recommend. They have there OWN drivers wich will take care of you.

It was an amazing week in this paradise, the hotel is really unique, the food and drinks are amazing, all the staff is very very kind and helpful, they do everything to make you feel at home. The beach is beautiful, the color of the water is surreal. all the services in the hotel are really outstanding. The spa is amazing as well. We booked the Stone Town Tour and it was a must do, the sunset there is unbelievable. We really appreciate all the support from Petra and Radka, this girls can solve all your issues in one blink, they are the best! :)
