Not sure why you still haven't got a full-sized mirror in the hallway. It's not an expensive upgrade, but a very useful one. When you go out, you want to look at yourself most of the time :)

There was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the room. There were some city power outages during our stay, which were a bit inconvenient.

The room was comfortable and well designed. The view was beautiful and a real highlight. The location was excellent, right in the old city centre with everything nearby. The service provided by the administrator, Kateryna, was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and very professional.

Located in a quiet part of downtown, this small 12-room hotel turned out to be a real gem for rest and relaxation. It’s only a 5–10 minute walk to all the iconic sights in Lviv, yet tucked away from the main road, which makes it wonderfully peaceful and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hotel has direct access to a restaurant, with room service available from the same place — a very convenient option. Check-in was quick and informative. Since I was arriving very early, the hotel kindly confirmed early check-in for me. Clear self check-in instructions were sent the day before, which made everything easy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, while remaining discreet and unobtrusive — a combination that really enhanced the overall experience. The room itself was a comfortable size with an excellent bed and pillows (a detail I often struggle with in hotels). What really impressed me were all the thoughtful details. The room had a kitchenette and dining area equipped with everything you might need for light cooking or reheating food: coffee machine, kettle, microwave, hobs, fridge, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. On top of that, there were ironing facilities, a hairdryer, even a hair straightener, plus a yoga mat, bathrobes, slippers, a face mask, and quality toiletries. When I’m in Lviv again, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally quiet room. No noise from the tram, from the road surface (cobblestones). Everything was in order. Close to the center.

I was in Lviv for a medical mission and had very little time to do anything other than work. It was such a relief every single night to come home to a clean, quiet, cool, and comfortable room.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main attractions and public transport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.

We rented a room with a balcony. It was an absolute pleasure. The room was spacious with a kitchenette. The best part was stepping outside on the balcony to enjoy the historical district and buildings around.

The bathroom is a little cramped, but well designed. The reception could be open for longer hours, although the security guy was very helpful.

The modern, functional interior and the inclusion of helpful products like make-up remover pads, cotton buds, hair straightener... They were helpful in organising an early morning taxi service.

You should know that there is no breakfast in the hotel itself. But there are enough restaurants nearby to have breakfast. That's not really a negative point. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I will gladly come back again.

If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the center and close to the old town, then this is the right place for you. During the night, you don't hear any noise, neither from other rooms nor from the street outside. The room was very clean and spacious. The old town can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
