It is a bit complicated to make a registration and receive the key in the place that is in a quite long distance from the appartment (1.3 km, 19 minutes to walk). For us it was not a big deal (except for the strong rain) but for people who travel with luggage it may be a big problem. In our appartment there was no beautiful view for the street (it was the main reason why we selected this place). The windows to the internal yard.

It is nice that there is drinking water in the room but I'd like to have some extra stuff there as sugar, free tea bags or coffee sticks.

It is convenient that you can leave your bags at the reception desk in the main office until its time to check in.

The furniture is a bit battered. For some time during our stay, there was no water in the building. Since it's old, I guess this might happen sometimes. The room could use a second chair - it would be more convenient to eat together since there's a kitchenette.

It's easy to collect the keys - there's a reception desk not far from the property itself. The staff is very friendly, they explain in detail how to find the property, etc. The location is amazing. We took room "Khreshchatyk 15", and it's just in the heart of the city, very close to the Maidan Nezalezhnosti. The room has a nice design. There's a kitchenette (without a cooking plate, but with a microwave oven and a kettle).

Bathroom was so small and the walls are thin. You can easily hear next room. But these are not big issues when compared to positive sides.

Right in the middle of the city. You can go anywhere by walking and its always alive outside. Old but nice building. It was clean inside on check in and room is cleaning everyday if you want it.

Wifi fell on me at wrong moment. Old building - can't have it all as the location is related. Cleaner in the commons. Had cold water in the shower on arrival, probably heater was empty.

The WiFi is very unstable, so if you need a good internet connection for work - it won't work for you. Also, air conditioner is not powerful enough and even with the lowest temperature configured it wasn't cooling enough.

The location is great, the balcony is very nice especially at night. The room is small, but clean and cozy. The stuff is responsive and nice.

thin walls. I was in the city for work and needed quiet which was a challenge during the day with slamming doors in the foyer. however it wasn’t a problem to sleep at night.

location was fantastic. you will not find a better placed apartment. the view was also amazing.

The apartment looks and feels quite tired and needs renovation of furniture, towels, sheets etc Looks more fancy on photos then in real life. In my apartment there were couple of broken items, reception ladies instantly offered repair, but I didn’t have time to deal with, so just left it. Cleaning is once a 4 days, I don’t think it is ok. I remember I was staying in one of their apartments around 4-5 years ago, that time it all was new and fresh. Now the overall impression is OK but not WOW.

Location is really very central and perfect. Reception ladies were extremely friendly and professional, solving all problems and in touch very fast. There was a cooler with a fresh water near the apartment.

The apartment could be cleaner, there was some dust left below the furniture and near the walls.

Great and central location. Beautiful views from the windows due to the apartment being in the 8th floors. Well designed apartment with a comfortable bed.
