We booked this and had no idea we were supposed to get an envelope with our key in it, so no one was there to help us do we left and tried to cancel it. Still waiting on refund.

There was no break fast. I usually reserved because if breakfast.. but they put a paper on the door that said: because of covid they do not offer it. So they do not give it. So they should no announce the breakfast

I received a final price from Booking.com, but when my card was charged it was a different amount. I tried calling the motel 3x but no answer and no voicemail. I emailed 2x and got no reply. Also, there were 2 of us in the room, but there were no towels and only 1 washcloth, so didn't shower. The electrical plug in the bathroom didn't work and I needed a plug by a mirror. There was a mirror in the main room, but there was no plug close by it. I parked right in front of the room and the ice and snow hadn't been cleared. It was very slippery carrying my luggage to the room. They have a No Contact policy, so couldn't go to the office and speak to anyone. This isn't a great way to do business.

The town and location were great. The beds and size of the room were fine.

Would have been nice to know that breakfast is "Closed for the season." No mention of this on the web site or reservation. Although our room was non-smoking, the smoking hang out for the longer term residents was right outside our door, and used all through the night. Beds were old spring mattresses, did not sleep very well. Just felt kind of uncomfortable with the people hanging around our truck and just outside our window for a good part of the night.

Arrived late but check-in was easy. Room was clean. Easy to find. Proximity to Bryce was great.

The beds were wildly uncomfortable. I was blow drying my hair and blew the breaker. The parking situation was crappy too. There was no TV in the bedroom area.

The bed situation was great. 4 total beds in the room and a bedroom. The beds were uncomfortable, but nobody had to share. The manager was very responsive to any issues we had.

Not clean Shower drain didn't drain, stained sheets. Dresser drawers not cleaned I had to clean them before I could put clothes in them. Floor dirty. Toilet ran off and on all night. Issues with neighbor and manager didn't respond for over an hour, the threats to make us leave

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Check in was terrible. Facility did not respond to several emails and phone call from myself and bookings.com. days prior to our stay so we did not know if had a room until the day of check in. We were looking at other places to stay before got a text from the motel. I had texted her by the number on a piece of paper on the office door. No way to call her. Check in was 4:00. When got there at 4:00 the room wasn't cleaned and the fellow doing the cleaning said come back in 20 minutes. We finally got into the room at 5:00. The carpet was cut up squares that were very old and seemed dirty. The door leaked cold air under it and was flimsy. The heater had no thermostat so had to turn on/off all night because the room was cold. One bed was so old my husband and i rolled on to each other all night. Worst night of no sleep I've had in a motel. The shower curtain barely covered the opening so the floor got wet. The shower head was so short it came to the middle of my chest. There was no one there in the office and it was kind of spooky with the flimsy door. There was a fellow staying across the way who kept peeking out the curtain at us. He had no car, was just staying there. Didn't feel safe. We will never stay here again

Decor, though very dated, can tell someone tried. Furniture was very old and should have been replaced years ago.

The beds were very hard, the rooms were also very dirty, I messaged the owner if we can get a room with a microwave, since I paid for a studio room with a fridge and microwave. She put us in a room with no appliances and two beds. She said Expedia had the prices wrong and that I would have to pay for a room with a fridge and microwave. Although I paid for a room with those appliances. She did end up switching us back to the dirty room we stayed in the night before that had a microwave. The room hadn’t been cleaned we didn’t have cups or clean towels.

when my friends arrived in Punguitch who I had booked arrived the hotel was closed with an all full sign which resulted in them having to sleep in the car as all the hotels were full. the best part is that they charged me my Amex which I hope will be refunded soon.

Some of the heating is pretty old. it works, but a little hard to operate.

Pet friendly, clean and comfortable. We were traveling cross country with our 4 pets so we rented two rooms (2 pets per room). Perfectly comfortable and had fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Everything you need to get you ready for the road.

I booked this motel on line like I always do. I had confirmation from booking.com amd Adobe Sands. Upon arrival, there was a not on the door that they had plum ING problems and would be back at 4:45. It was 4:30, so we waited. At 5pm I texted the owner, they said they were in the process of getting keys and would have them ready in 15 minutes. At 5:20 the lobby or office was still locked. I texted asking if we should stay elsewhere. Then, someone walked into the office from a back room. I waved and she obviously ignored me. So, I knocked and she opened the door. I inquired regarding check in. By this time we had been waiting almost an hour. This women was very rude and first aimed we didn't have a reservation. As she continued to look for it I asked about the breakfast (I have 4 kids with me to feed), she angrily said there hasn't been a breakfast in 3 years and continues to yell at me about her 5 hour plumbing problem, no parts locally and staffing shortages and that she hasn't had vacation in 3 years. Then she complained I paid with a credit card and ahe didn't have any money. This women was RUDE. I have never been spoken to like that in my life and I was in tears. I understand people have bad days, but one still needs to remain on control and treat others respectfully. DO NOT STAY HERE. Anyone who treats another human being like this should not remain in business.
