United StatesThe room was so outdated and not clean, and the shampoo and conditioner provided looked like they were filled with water...nasty didn't use threw them away. I almost fell into the room as the doorway had a raised lip and caught my foot. If my husband had not been right there, I would have fallen on my face. There was no warning sign or tape to indicate safety issues.
