Night staff was less than inviting

The management is scatter brained and was not very good at communication. Four different people told me different things when I asked about staying longer. Inconvenient especially since we are a family with a child and we needed a place to live until we got an apartment. When we first initially stayed there, the room was dusty and not clean at all. I used my own sheets because of black dots on the sheets. The front office never sent up towels for us every time we asked.

I liked how close it was to McDonald’s and my jobs.

There's some really odd smells in that place. Each hallway had a different one. No coffee maker.

Was right mext to McDonald's so I could easily get breakfast.

Very run down and not very clean. Zero pans or dishes in the kitchen. Someone came in our room in the middle of the night. Our key didn't work in the morning.

The breakfast was much better than expected. The staff was friendly.

The doors to the room make a really loud sound when you open and close them. TV did not work, luckily watching TV wasn't a big priority. The breakfast is in a small room (literally a room), so you have to take whatever you can back to the room. They had a fire within the past year so the outside structure looks a bit rough when you first see it. But you get what you pat for, so it is what it is.

The distance to the airport is really good, they offer a shuttle bus (you can walk as well).

Cleanliness, staff communication, over all property condition. It’s very run down. I was put into 3 different rooms, two had sheets that were not replaced (bitten by bugs in bed), one with clothing between the sheets, the third was the better of all three, but at that point it was just a place to sleep.

Everything in the operational part of the hotel was “make shift” ( due a fire in the other part last year) Full kitchen amenities, but nothing to cook or eat with, very old and rickety “slap together” place.

Showers were dirty, bathroom dirty. Floors were sticky and gross, blankets on bed were stained and nasty.

We did not know the property had had a fire. The check in/ front desk area was in a hotel room which also served as housekeeping, kitchen, breakfast serving area. Grounds were surrounded by chain link fence due to fire damage. Corridors, hallways, carpet were very dirty. Furniture in room should be thrown away (pull out chair was disgusting and broken) No elevator. Hauled luggage up 3 flights.

The staff was kind, and took good care of us. Hotel shuttle was great for ride from airport. Breakfast items were plentiful.

Under construction. Office was temporary and not well marked. Carpet was filthy on stairs. No elevator to 3rd floor. Breakfast was poorly stocked and worker made no effort to refill empty supplies like milk, juice, forks, and creamer. I did it myself. Breakfast area was crammed into temp office on majeshift counters with nowhere to sit. Room had gross smelling, slippery floor cleaner everywhere. Had to drive over curbed sidewalk to enter parking lot because of construction fence. Poorly lit outside of office.

The couch was damaged and not usable, the king size mattress was so noisy to sit on and felt like plastic. The queen bed in the room was much better. The drawer of the nightstand wouldn't close and stayed open all night. We skipped breakfast. The staff I interacted with were wonderful, I spoke to someone on the phone and she was helpful and friendly. The two ladies that checked us in were great in person. The bus driver, which we didn't use the bus, but he was also very nice.

Booking.com you should take this hotel off your preferred list! Its very very run down. Dirty, not good at all! Most of the buildings are left burnt due to fire 🔥 please don't advertise this at all Below aby standards!!

Cigarette butts on the balcony, was not really clean feeling, asked for ground floor and got 3rd floor, part of hotel had been burnt and boarded up

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were a large group and were able to check in early into a few rooms which helped immensely with the luggage. Breakfast provided is helpful and sufficient. Free shuttle to/from airport is very helpful. Public bus stops are close by.

the place was very old. the carpets were dirty and nasty on the way to our room. when we got into the room, everything cracked or creaked. the floors, the doors, and the bed all made noise when you touched them. every time you moved in the bed it made all kinds of noise. someone checked in to the room above us at about 11pm. it sounded like the circus had moved it. all the noise that was created from them just walking around and moving their bags. it sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. there was a weird stain on the little couch that was there. (didn't sit on it). Also, the TV wouldn't work. sketchy neighborhood.
