You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI do not know if it was another guest or coming from somewhere else, but there was loud music playing the whole evening from 9pm until at least 4/5am. It was hard to sleep with the loud music.
The staff was friendly and it was great to be able to have a room for a family of five. It was also very easy to get to off the highway.

United States of AmericaThe sheets were dirty. Presentation overlook the uncleanliness of the sheets when I first walked in. Until I uncover the sheets to realized it had marks of white stains under the covers. Housekeeping doesn’t change the sheets they just rearranged them. If Iam paying money to be there. I deserve to have a clean room. I left the place with a dry consistent cough. Iam not sure whether mold is building and it hasn’t been inspected However, I left with “ Iam sorry for that” and nothing to make sure it won’t happen again at least for the next booking customer.

United States of AmericaThe irregular floors near the stairs were unmarked tripping hazards. The transitions from the floor along the outside of the rooms to the floor leading to the stairs should in bright yellow and there should be warning signs to prevent people stumbling.
