Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandHalf of the dryers/washers were out of order which was not bothering for us as we were visiting off season, but in full season it might be an issue.
Ultra ultra comfy beds! We slept for 12 hrs straight. Quiet and dark place ideal for stargazing. Super friendly staff and quite diverse yet simple continental breakfast - you can easily make a healthy option with unsweetened oatmeal, nuts and fruit/yoghurt. Good starting point for Bryce and Zion. Great food around within 1-5 min walking distance.

United States of AmericaRooms need to be remodeled ie new carpets, sinks, showers. The coffee maker provided was pathetic. The continental breakfast was not worth eating. The light pollution in such a beautiful setting for viewing the night sky was disappointing.
Location was excellent. The staff was great. The room was comfortable enough and bed was nice. There was little noise after 9:00 PM. It felt safe around the facility at all times and I did not worry about my vehicle.

United KingdomLimited parking available possibly because people using the nearby restaurant were using it the car park. The Inn needed a bit of TLC but it was adequate for our short stay.
The Inn's close vicinity to Bryce Canyon. Better value than nearby town which was closer to the Canyon. There was a small but dark sitting area as well as the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was huge and comfortable. Adequate storage for those staying longer than the one night we were there. The breakfast was OK but we were fortunate to get a table outside as all those in the reception area were already taken.

United States of AmericaI did not get the room, I had booked. When I asked the lady at the front desk, she just didn’t care. She said the hotel was completely booked and that was the only room left. I booked the room for the Mountain View and we did not get that, at all. I did notice the room, we were supposed to have. Those looked lovely
Nice location with great views

United KingdomNothing really
We were upgraded to a first floor Queen Deluxe with nice views to the mountains which I would recommend as some of the rooms look out over a car park and rear of a diner. The room was great, large, comfortable with everything you need. A special mention should go to the afternoon receptionist who was very helpful to everyone who came in.

Germanynothing. I did not anticipated a lot of luxury for that price and loccatin, so it is ok. only improvment to start the breakfast earlier or at least make coffee available. if you want to enjoy the sunrise you cannot have a coffee anywhere there. that is sad.
breakfast gets full, so go early if you want to enjoy it. parking is free, the mountain view too :) Nice little street with some good food options. We liked it there more than in the Bryce town, it is a bit more quiet.

United States of AmericaThere was no coffee maker in the room where I stayed and I found that unacceptable. I also asked that the cleaning service be suspended while I was there, but that didn't happen.
I liked the location very much and enjoyed the town of Tropic, UT. The breakfast offered at the Red Ledge Inn was not very good, however the Rustlers Restaurant practically next door to the Inn and served a great breakfast.

IsraelWe were told there was a laundry room but when we went there the vending macine selling soap was out of order and there was no machine to change to quarters. This was disappointing.
Not far from Bryce canyon. They have an ice machine. The breakfast was fine.

United KingdomThere were a few minor points. There were quite a few flies which a small number did seem to find a way into the bedrooms. The bathroom fan was very noisy as was the fridge and aircon. The breakfast was very busy and only average quality.
Whilst a little away from Bryce it was a convenient location to visit the NP. The room was a good size and the bed large. It was close to a restaurant.

I liked being in Tropic. It's near Bryce Canyon, a cute community with much better restaurant options. Cheaper than in the park. Quiet, clean. Good breakfast. Had a slight problem with our bathtub not draining well which they fixed immediately.

GermanyBreakfast was not great. Toast and jam, koffee, mini muffins. Everything was in plastic containers, so even for a small breakfast you'd produce a whole pile of plastic waste. Nonetheless, with some creativity we were able to make the breakfast into a nice start of the day.
The room we had was fine, our expectations were met. It was clean and had everything you need to stay for a night our two. The location was good, some 10 minutes away from the entry of Bryce Canyon National Park.
