Very dirty, very broken, very smelly, cockroaches were almost dead but still kicking

The second room that the manager made me switch with no reason given. Was horrible, broken lamps, no place to hang close, no dead bolt or security latch, A/C didn't work. This room needs to be closed down and refurbished

The stay was for four nights. The heater didn't work the whole stay. They said they would fix it the day I left. It was 35 degrees outside and instead of offering me a different room which I know was available they offered me an extra thin blanket. TV did not work the first night either!

Initial room, additional $5.00 in cash and then a $30 Upgrade to get a decent room with an operating TV and proper sized bed. No refund on Saturday night stay due to early checkout related to weather. Very difficult owner

The check in process was not smooth, was told we needed to give $5.00 in cash for cleaning deposit, that was unexpected, went to our room it was a pit, went back and got a good room but had to pay an additional $30.00 to upgrade. Had to check out on Saturday due to storm coming in on Sunday, got the $5.00 back but no refund for the Saturday night stay. Owner is clearly used to dealing with difficult people, as a result he nickle and dimes, and is very rigid and comes off difficult to deal with. We will not stay again. We had in the past and it was fine, do not know what happened but we will not be returning.

Noisy water pump at their outside fountain all night sounded like a sucking noise ! They don’t realize how much the place could be improved. New floor mouldings, smoother paint jobs, finished edges, hire someone to remodel who takes pride in their work and appreciates appealing living spaces.

everything was dirty, very dirty, sheets, beds and duvets, horrible stench, I must admit that I couldn't leave because I would lose my money and I talked to the guy to have him do a cleaning. He was kind and he made it, I bought two essences and that's how I managed to get through those days. It was a very bad experience. I could see that the hotels nearby looked the same.

Could be a very nice room if cleaned and a little TLC. The sheets were stained and had burn holes. Don’t really know what was growing under the kitchen sink. There was nota single garbage can in the entire room/bathroom. The tub was not properly cleaned as well. The tv didn’t work either. After ringing a bell to get into the locked office in midafternoon, the clerk was very unfriendly.

Booked based on decent reviews. Was not expecting much but did expect it to be clean.

Very basic motel. There was never anyone in reception. One poor guy had to spend the night in his car because no one was there to sort him a room out. No one was there in the morning either. Terrible service

When I arrived, they didn't even have the room I reserved 2 months in advance available. The room they DID give me had toilet issues and was dirty 😳 Very disappointing experience, especially because we were traveling from another State.

The rooms were extremely dirty. No coffee maker yet they left coffee supplies. The microwave was broken. The toilet in our first room didn't work. We didn't have a TV remote and the TV shut off every hour..

The price was right. Very affordable. There was a nice swimming pool area.

We paid for a King size bed, we were given a very small full size. It made the sleeping situation uncomfortable.

The motel was close to an event we were participating in. Parking right near our room which was convenient.
