They said no more Breakfast and no more coffee probably stay somewhere else next time !!!!! This place is getting old and run down !!! Location was great for going to our cruise !!!! Good value for the money !!!!

There is alot of road construction in the area. A second larger trash can would be nice. There was only a small bathroom trash can.

I had a king room. It's a older hotel. But my room was large. Bed was very firm but was clean. Heater worked well. A cold front came through so it was 35 degrees. Room was clean and everything worked. I'd stay again.

Our room's 308/310 phone was not hooked up and had no way to hook up because the wall wires were torn out. The jacuzzi bathtub's jets did not work. That was the main reason we wanted to stay there. The vending machine drinks were not cold. The vending machines in our section of the building didn't even work. We had to walk to the lobby for drinks. Our NON smoking rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Our refrigerator in room 310 did not work. And the wifi didn't work at all for us.

The bed was very comfortable, air conditioning very cold. Staff was very nice.

There was a party going on in the pool area next to our room till midnight with loud music and children screaming till midnight and we could have a good sleep till then. So please ensure to stop such loud parties atleast by 11PM so that guests will not disturbed beyond 11PM. Breakfast was average.

All other facilities were worth for money paid. Rooms were clean. Location was good. Staff was good.

Rooms not cleaned properly. There was an almost empty Pepsi in the fridge and an ice bucket with water in the fridge. The second night, the floors had not been swept. It looks like only the beds might have been made. Not a Continental Breakfast!! 2 cereals and toast with butter and jelly doesn’t cut it! No sweet bread or fruit of any kind. Apparently waffle machine also removed. Extremely disappointed!

Air condition worked and pillow cases looked clean.

The floors in the hallway had a horrible smell the jacuzzi tub doesn't work although I still got in it lol. Was bad just needs more TLC from the company and it's staff. Treat it like home!

Hallways smelled like smoke, kids pool was disgusting, room floor was dirty and full of hair. Woke up to roaches crawling in the bathroom 2 nights in a row.

Even tho the room was non smoking it had burns on all the blankets, sheets, etc. The restroom looked really rundown with rust all over the door knob and sink

I Didn't like having a door that connects to next room, you can hear people talking thru that door. needs better mattresses. needs more vending machines around the facility.

location is great right by the highway so you don't have to travel far off the road. place was pretty quiet. decent place to stay if you are on a budget.

The whole building smelled like smoke, our non smoking rooms also smelled like smoke. The breakfast only had cereal coffee and toast. Found some roaches in our room.
