The main complaint I had was that I had to leave the conference event and travel back to the hotel after 9AM to extend my stay another night. Would prefer to do that over the phone or when I headed out at 7AM.

We got a non-smoking room, in what I believe to be a non-smoking establishment. The only problem, was that it smelled like a lifelong smoker lived/smoked in this room like a chimney. No amount of air freshener / Febreeze was able to rid the smell. Opening the door and windows did nothing to abate the odor, either. It was, frankly, disgusting. We stayed in the room next to some friends we were traveling with, and their room was the same way.

The room and facilities themselves were clean. The floors were a vinyl/hardwood type thing, rather than a carpet, which is preferable (I tend to dislike carpet as typically dirtier than smoother surfaces). The bed was large and firm.

Parking is terrible. I had someone drop something off. Staff called my room questioning how many people I had that no visitors are allowed. If you have that much time to sit and watch cameras for someone to come to my room not even in the room for 5 mins. This questions why would I ever stay at another Motel 6!

The ice machine was broken and it didn’t have an elevator, my suitcase was heavy and I’m not that strong so going up and down the stairs was a struggle, but that’s something out of my control. :)

I liked that it was close to the venue, and the room itself you can it had been renovated so it was really cute and comfortable inside.

Booking was done in sum of 656.44$ for my husband, but then he arrived, booked room wasn't available. Current booking was cancelled and he had to pay extra money for 223,67$ (for 25/26 202,03$ + 26/29 587,08$). We would like to get overpaid maney back.

The walls seemed very thin. Lots of ambient noise comes through it feels like. The hotel changed brand to Motel 6 a couple of days before our arrival, so while things like soap were provided, branded items like shampoo had not been shipped to the hotel in time. Obviously, this will change, but it was an inconvenience at the time regardless.

The room was cheap and located close to the venue we were there to visit. The room was large and clean with all the basic necessities. The bed was large and comfortable.

When I walked in, the room smelled weird. Also, shower was dirty, remote control didn’t work, no microwave. HOWEVER, my biggest problem was the housekeeper. It’s crazy how it isn’t 11:00 AM yet and she was already outside my door banging on the door for me to get out. I found it disrespectful. she kept knocking hard as if she was being chased or something. never going back to this place for sure!

Very convenient to the major highways, very close to downtown LA and less than 20 mins to Hollywood. If you’re looking for comfortability, convenience and a decent price this place it; it’s definitely helped me during my transition into permanent housing and the staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful.

Staff was rude and couldn’t be helpful to figure out what’s going on with my booking. I was charged for a deposit that wasn’t stated anywhere on their booking until I got to check in and the staff made everything complicated.
