You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe cheap toaster was broken. The management team can go to Walmart and purchase a nice one for $30. The mini bagels were hard. The small exercise room had only one treadmill working and it looked like it had not been cleaned.

United States of AmericaThe hotel smelled funny. They required a $100 deposit to stay (which was absurd considering the condition of the place) Got to our room & it smelled like human pee. No back on the TV Remote Couldn't get ice because our bucket was cracked Was only allowed 1 towel for a family of 4. Appeared to have several ppl just living there. Deposit wasn't given back when I left and was told it would 7 to 10 business days b4 id see it back. All in all it worked for a night, but we will NEVER stay here again. It looks nothing like the pictures show!!!!
The night desk guy was very friendly and welcoming. Water pressure in shower was excellent and water nice and hot. Got in late & Denny's was across the way & it was FANTASTIC!

United States of AmericaThe sheets did not even fit the bed. The towels were so cheap they “shedded” onto skin when trying to dry hands, face, and body. The floors had clearly not been cleaned in a while, as there were many fresh and old stains. The telephone was there for decoration, and didn’t work. The ac unit smelled horrible, and the hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

IndiaSpotty Wi-Fi, despite being right in front of the entrance. The "King Suite" bed had a badly torn headboard, no cable TV, expected a $50 deposit according to Booking.com, they required $100, less than half the lights worked.

Didn’t want to spend more time searching after wasting time looking for this one. Beds are terrible. Definitely need to get new ones. Employees are not rude, but they definitely aren’t friendly either.
Lower price and allowed to check in early at 3pm. Bathroom was clean.
