Renovations needed, and right now better effort is needed for the aesthetic: 1. The walk to the entrance is uninviting, dark with a note on the locked door to go over to the window, a tiny check-in window where the customer stands outside to check in. 2. Windows dusty/dirty, rust observable around windows and doors, curtains open to rooms with nothing in them but boxes and brooms. 3. The comforter on our bed apparently had melted in the dryer and should have been discarded, pillows were flat/worn out. 4. Bathtub was very dirty, drain still had stuff on it! Management was diligent to follow check-in policy ( I could not find my license for ID), but could have been a little more pleasant and accommodating in their manner.

Location is very convenient/accessible. The motel itself is very impressive looking entering the drive. The house keeping staff, although not able to speak English well, were nonetheless very nice and helpful.

The Hotel Needs To Be Shut Down Half The Rooms Were Closed Due To Maintenance The Lobby Was Turned Into A Family Area For The Owners With Play Pin Ect Had To Pay AT A Window IT WAS RUN Down Awful Exspirience!! We did not even stay at this hotel. We arrived and the staff will only see guests through a glass window past a certain time. If the staff do not feel safe around their own clientele, how are we expected to feel? We were given rooms af the back of the hotel and as we drove around, there were over a dozen men hanging around in groups outside their rooms. They looked incredibly unfriendly and as a group of women, we absolutely did not feel safe as we drove by and they all stared at us, giving us disgusted looks. When we went back to the front to return our keys & tell the staff we felt uncomfortable, he didn't ask us why and acted like this happens all the time. If women don't feel safe here, you're automatically losing half of your potential customers. We drove an extra hour with the knowledge we would not get our money back, rather than stay at this place.

I was transferred from my job in Ohio and was moving to NC, so I needed a place to stay just long enough to find a place to rent. The chair in the room was nasty and stained, the curtains were missing some of the hooks and wouldn't close all the way, there was a draft from the main door and some of the furniture in the room was broken, the bed was lopsided and uncomfortable to sleep on, the pillows were flat and only had two and both of them together could not make one decent pillow, the toilet seat was not even the right size for the toilet, the toilet paper roll was broken and the roller part was missing, there was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room, the refrigerator in the room wasn't keeping things very cold, and the ice machine was broken for the whole 3 weeks I had stayed there. It was very noisy because of the other guest, blaring the car radios in the parking lot and people hollering and coming and going all hours of the night. The only reason I continued to stay was the location between my job and the hotel was ideal they were only 10 minutes apart and the price per week was very reasonable to afford. I was locked out of my room the last night I stayed and was told my time was up until I told them to open the door or I was going to call the cops so I could get my receipt that showed them I had the room for one more night. They didn't even apologize for their mistake.

The location was great for where I had to be for my job.

Advertised free breakfast in ad and on front sign... no breakfast. I suggested he take down sign. He laughed. And Blamed it on covid. TV had no signal. No fridge. No microwave.. not plugged it. There is no Lobby. There is only a window where you can pass your ID to get registered. This is where I took the photo of the disgusting hand sanitizer bottle.
