You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere is not enough light in the room, especially by the sink and mirror. The shampoo was not good, did not lather, and there was no conditioner. The "tiny" bars of soap were just too tiny. It just barely was good for one shower.
The price was wonderful, and they had an indoor pool. The staff was very friendly!

Convenient location, close to a grocery store. Has an indoor pool with a hot tub. Room was spacious. Breakfast was just basic: waffles, biscuit, gravy, eggs sausage and cereal and muffins. It was a good value.

When asked for more at the front desk, we were told to tell housekeeping, whom we never saw as we had a full schedule and only there in the later evening and early morning. We had 5 people and only enough for 3 showers. The alarm clock was broken and couldn't change the time on it, so it was always 1.25 hours behind.
The indoor pool was warm. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Kid friendly.
