Left early on the day of check out so had to just drop the keys off at the drop box. Tried to check out on the app, website but that didn’t work.

Location of this and the other properties in the Mgmt group were spectacular. Also multiple little points such as a little market, juice bar, bakery that made it special.

The cleaning solution used painfully strong in odour, but that also lets you know it is clean. Having our own broom and dustpan would be nice to sweep up sand more than just the cleaned times by staff.

The location is incredible! Plus, having access to the ‘sister’ hotels was awesome, even just for the wifi access.

The location was great, one block from the beach. The room was large and clean. I went with a group of friends for spring break, the value was amazing. The hotel had a boutique relaxing vibe, with many amenities. We had access to all the hotels under the network, including ours with heated pools, jacuzzi, outdoor seating, and a grill. Room service is provided daily, beach towels are provided for free, and free rental of select chairs for the beach.

The room was rather chilly and humid, but I expect that's down to the climate which was cool and rainy when we stayed. The motel rooms(it's not what I would describe as a hotel) are clearly designed for helping guests contend with the heat and not the cold! There were lots of biting mosquitos out in the evenings, so take repellent

The location was excellent, close to a bakery, nice small cafes and larger more sophisticated dining experiences alike. The heated pools were lovely. The big Mall nearby was a brisk 15 minute walk.

It honestly felt impossible to cross the street by foot, so the location is almost useless. You end up needing a car to go to the beach!

Sheets/bedding need to be clean and stain free.

Very cute - 2 pools and courtyards were charming. Room was spacious but would’ve liked to have had the second couch bed prepared and made for us. The sheets we were given, for that were badly stained, and we needed a replacement and additional bedding. The office staff was friendly and helpful but the office was not staffed full-time so sometimes it was difficult to find them. Great location walking distance to the beach, canals and nice little restaurants

"Reception"/office should be somehow marked and I also missed any sign pointing to the reception.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room was a lot smaller than expected. The room was clean but pretty beat up.

The TV cable remote system was confusing and our front door was rough to shut properly. We also could have used more outlets near the bed to charge our phones or tablets.

We like that it was right on the ocean, I block away. Everything was so clean from the office to the courtyard to our room.
