The only thing I did not like was the mattress. It sunk down a lot and was not very comfortable. That is my only negative. It is a much older hotel so it isn't splashy or modern on the outside, but that is OK with me.

Location right on the beach, is amazing! Loved the neat seating area right off the beach,. The refurbished room was cute and very clean,. Jasmine was so welcoming at check in. She even walked us to our room and made sure we were set.

A/C remote was unclear for startup. On/Off must be activated b/4 setting temp & fan speeds even though it appeared unnecessary since everything acted like it was on & lit up on the remote.

Beach access and quietness were excellent. The motel was a throwback to old time Florida beach motels. Dated, but cool.

Had to kill a big palmetto bug in room but we had the door open at all times we were in vicinity. It's Florida beach. They live here too. Window in bath was off rails and decrepit but did open and shut. Beach side window cleaning should be part of room clean up. It's a lovely view but salt spray obscure it.

Beach side. Windows, for cross breeze so no musty smell. Opening door to sand, sea and salt wind. Watching sunrise a few steps away on deck with table, benches and chairs. Could have been some higher chairs. When seated, top of rail blocked view of beach. Swing on beach was awesome in the moonlight.

THE BEACH VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR.

I was shocked and pleased to see such a beautiful view of the beach from our room. The room was functional but very clean. The hotel manager was extremely helpful in preparing our room early the second visit as my wife was very sick. Checkin was 3pm, but she got us in by noon! That was awesome.

Needed updates. Tiki umbrellas damaged and broken off. Wooden decking needs replacing. Upstairs occupants noisy. Outside simply needs to look better for what they are charging.

Kitchen area is just about adequate but could do with it's own sink, rather than having to use the one in the bathroom.

Great position for the beach, roomy apartment with comfortable beds. Cape Canaveral is just visible to the north, you may be lucky enough to see a rocket launch (we just missed one!). We liked the seaview terrace upstairs, and the box of beach goods where you can borrow or donate used items like surfboards and children's toys.

Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. A few of the doors inside the unit need to be trimmed at the bottom as they were difficult to open and close.

Not easy to get hold of anyone in person at the site. The key solution was clever, but, if you don’t have WiFi or good network access it makes contacting the owners difficult. Having a WiFi code sent to us before arrival would be a great solution to letting us know how to get the key.

Our T.V. worked 1 out of the 3 days we were there.

Anthony's couldn't be closer to the beach. Hearing the waves and enjoying sunrise shell hunting was perfect. A little deck and table were pleasant for snacks in the shade.

Very clean room and areas. Excellent location with beach. Beach and ocean clean, smooth walking, with fabulous deck to watch sunrise/sunset. Staff very friendly and helpful. The value of this overnight was super. Everything was great, only detriment was travel distance to restaurants.
