It’s location is near the hub where tourists flock so everything is accessible. What made my stay more pleasant are the staff of the hotel. If there are certain issues with room or inquiries they respond swiftly and politely.

Other than the noise of construction , everything was good.

The staff was polite and friendly. I also liked the outside parking which I was able to park my truck in instead of underneath the building. The views from room was amazing.

Unfortunately, our room was only cleaned once during a 6-day stay. Accordingly, there were no new paper rolls or towels. However, the latter could easily be obtained from reception. The mattresses were saggy.

Room was quite dated and there was no parking available under the building so we had to park in the neighboring lot, which didn't feel as secure

The location to everything we needed is great. It isn't a high end resort, however the hotel has everything we need for our stay, and it is the second time we have stayed here. It is clean, tidy and staff are always helpful whenever we need anything. Hassle free check-in, and the 24hr reception is perfect for checking out early hours of the morning. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't want the resort living, and is needing somewhere to stay while touring the islands. It has a laundry, onsite massages, vending machine for late snacking, microwave and small fridge also. Housekeeping staff regularly stop by for your needs too!

The floor needs to be shampooed. The room is really small and the shower is a tight fit and very dated. Doors are old and clunky. Overall a very old place that needs remodeling. Parking is limited and very narrow.

Room is dated but overall clean. But the bed is nice, clean and comfy. Overall it was an okay stay. No bad odors. Could hear some street noise. Price was good. Close to everything.

I didn’t like how housekeeping slipped my room on days when I was scheduled for housekeeping. Then, I requested housekeeping on a day that I was scheduled for housekeeping and the cleaner only changed the trash and left my bed unmade and bathroom unserviced. The price along with the added fees should ensure this never happens.

Original room on tenth floor had good views and outlook over street. While not the fault of the hotel, the noise from the early morning garbage collection was extremely annoying. At our request we were moved to a similar room at the rear which was considerably quieter, and we were appreciative of the hotels cooperation and assistance. All other services, including provision of beach towels, and the like, were great.

Great location, close to Waikiki centre but on a quiet street. Basic, but was clean, friendly and for the price was very reasonable. Was everything we needed for a night in Waikiki. Got a free upgrade as well which was great.

No table to eat, very noisy at nice due to the sliding door couldn’t close properly and the glass window not seal, the air-con its super old and noisy.

The room was a bit noisy from outside road. I got used to it after couple of nights! Air conditioner was a bit noisy too and we turned it off while sleeping.

The lation was excellent. The room was basic but we had what we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the meuseum passes too.
