We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThey hold a large deposit $ upon check in which is laughable after you get a look around...Everything Run Down/outdated. Exterior Trashy. Room interior smelled like stale cigs. Dirty footprints in the bath tub. Rusty, laboring, stinky AC. Moldy corners. Low life's in parking lot. All of about 10 crappy channels, if cable works at all. The kind of place that makes you worry about bed bugs. I didn't even walk barefoot inside. Wore my flip flops the whole time. Half an hour ride to the AMPHITHEATRE.Definitely would NOT stay here again.
The front desk staff was very helpful.

When I arrived the room that they gave me the door was wide open and kind of freaked me out a little too. I would have thought that the manager would have came up with me to make sure that nobody was in there but he acted like it was no big deal It was kind of disappointing.

United States of AmericaOverall, didn’t really complain about it, cause we only need a room to stay for the night. You have to flush the toilet 2x. Was about to take a shower, but the shower knob is missing. Seen crawling insects at faucet counter and even found 2 in bed. Just wish it’s not bed mites. Wasn’t beaten I guess, but my wife have been scratching her back, unless she see lumps after she takes a shower at home, then we will just let it go. Looks like the place is not being taken cared of. Anyways, probably everyone who stays there just stays overnight like us.
Just okay for a nights stay. Can’t say anything else that I like.

mm this hotel isn’t being funded with enough to maintain it properly. the facility is suffering from lack of maintenance or funds to maintain. the staff is keeping rooms clean and cared for as best as they can. but a real lack of keeping up with exterior garbage and just keeping it look neat

United States of AmericaThe area is unfortunately subject to a lot of individuals dealing with unfortunate circumstances. Plenty of homeless and drug users off of the main street as well. The rooms were extremely dated and in one area there was scotch tape holding some pieces of wood in place on the door. The older commercial carpet reaked of usage and laminate or tile flooring would be a better fit. Overall the rooms are extremely dated and could use minimal upgrades to make it a better stay.
The staff was very helpful and made sure we had the things we needed.

United States of AmericaThe smell of cigarettes in our room gave me a headache, it wasn’t clean, and there was hardly any towels .. and no wash cloths. The Staff was nice enough to move us to a different room though.
the airport next to us was fun watch, cameras on parking lot.. felt our Trike was safe. Staff was very accommodating, and friendly.

United States of AmericaI did not like the mix up with the booking company and the motel. The manager was gracious enough to provide me with a free room. The refrigerator was on but had ice build up in the freezer part. you could not fit anything in that portion.
The management took care of the issue that occurred when I went to check in, there was no room available with 2 queen size beds. The management advised that Booking.com booked a room that was not available. He said that this happens on occasion. The manager gave me a room for free due to the mix up.
