The bed was really comfortable and it has been recently renovated. Overall, comfortable stopover after a late night arrival at SFO prior to starting a road trip the next morning. Also, there are car chargers at every parking spot if you want to charge your car.

I didn't realize how small the room was. Despite arriving well after check-in time, I had to wait outside for the room to be made up & cleaned. The area around the motel was sketchy. Not a comforting thought to sleep to and get up at 4 a.m. I chose to have dinner delivered instead of leaving the hotel.

It was very close to the airport. The room was very clean. The Maids were very nice and thoughtful. There were many options to eat or have delivery.

Safety issues - though mine might have been an isolated case

I stayed here for a night as I had an early morning flight from SFO to catch the next day. Loved how close and convenient it is for airport transfers. Check in was a breeze and the man at the front desk was very nice. The room was affordable, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Only thing is i woke up in the middle of the night due to shouting and banging a few rooms from me. There seemed to be an incident w one of the other guests and the police arrived some minutes later. My door had double locks and enough privacy but i did not feel so safe in that moment and had trouble sleeping after. A bit of a shame because the room itself was so comfortable.

The parking spaces were at an angle that my husband was having difficulty making sure the car was properly within the lines. Don't know if that was "operator error" due to a rental that was unfamiliar or the angle of the parking spaces.

staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was newly renovated and clean. I did need to ask for an iron as there wasn't one in the room, but the desk clerk immediately provided one for me. I think the outside look of the motel will be nice once the renovations are done. We only had one night where we were awakened by some rowdy guest pounding on a door several down from our room and was yelling at the top of his lungs. He sounded like he'd had "one too many" for the night. other than that, it was quiet. The stairs were hard on us but that is not on the facility, just our age. Thank you for being pleasant and thoughtful during our stay and giving us the upgraded room! That was a delightful surprise.

the bed was very hard. the ac fan blew so hard, even on low fan, and directly onto the bed/sleeping area.

they cleaned up the construction debris at the entrance to our room. staff was very friendly and accommodating. restaurants nearby.

Take earplugs to enable sleep as the road is busy.

This is a standard motel, very close (10 minutes drive) to San Fransisco airport. We were flying out early in the morning so it was ideal for a one night, convenient stay. Our beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Perfect place to lay your head pre flight.
