The motel is quite old and in desperate need of updates (paint, furniture, fixtures, cleaner bedding and towels, etc). The beds weren't very comfortable.

The staff is extraordinary! They are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. Nice to have breakfast available each morning.

I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel. Based on the picture I expected better. I even seen a roach crawl across my floor. The sink would stop up. The tub was all scratched up.

I like that the hotel is around everything. Super convenient!!!

The hotel was outdoors and not inside, room had a couple of bugs we killed, cigarettes were stuff down the sink, the room was a little outdated

The room was not what we expected. Smoke alarm didn't have a battery, ceiling was peeling, sheets were but clean like they should have been, room in general was not as clean as it should have been. Most channels on the TV were snowy. Pull out couch was nasty we won't even sit on it. Made the best out of it for the two nights we were there.

the property is run down , lots of dogs staying in many of the rooms . the room smelled like homeless people had been living in it, there were lots of construction workers staying there and hanging out in stairway smoking weed.

booked a smoking room but all they had available was on the second floor. There were no elevators and I am a senior citizen with bad knees so stairs are not an option for me. There really should be a easy way to get to the second floor.

staff was friendly. location was easy to get in and out of. rooms were clean and noise level from other guests was not a problem. Check in and check out was fast. I really can't say much else because I only stayed one night.

Housekeeping service is not enough. Altough on the hotels web site, they declare every day cleaning, it is not. When I especially asked for cleaning on the third day of our accommodation, the following day they cleaned the room only. We stayed for 8 nights, but they only did the cleaning just once. The sheets of the bed are so old, ragged, stained and with cigarettes holes. Besides, the shower curtains and shower itself was not clean, and they never cleaned it during our stay. On the second day, the liquid soap bottle went empty, during the cleaning they didnt renew it. I asked the reception for a new one but they replied that the housekeeping office was closed at that moment, so they didnt give me one. And unfortunately, on the following days they didnt renew it either. In additon , th room was noisy at the nights. The little fridge in the room and the flush are so noisy. We heard the noise of the guest in the next room. The variety of the breakfast is not satisfactory; no eggs, no pancakes, no american cheese, no jam or honey. The options are so limited.

Coffee pot not working cards not working on the door a few times no shampoo or body wash in dispensers people were loud n stuff (some prob was not hotel's issue) rooms were mixed up n not ready. Minor things like that.

Room was not clean and needed some maintenance. Door was hard to shut; mini-fridge was dirty. Loud residents outside in parking lot.

Hotel was in a good location with easy access to shopping and eating. They are pet friendly. Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Beds are just to cheaply made. Cramped parking lot. Doors look like thw police have kicked them in. Old doors people want security or a look of its safe. Heating and cooling systems need to be updated and bathroom and tvs. Some remotes don't work well.
