Love the Location! If you get the support double or a corner king room, you get to have the best view! You get park/city view and bridge view! Close to everything I love about Chinatown. All my favorite food, bakery, and spa places is with in 5-10 minutes walk. Close to different subway stations that goes all around NYC!

There was only one coffee pod for two people. One decaf and two teas. Caffeinated coffee is important!

There was active construction right outside our door. I wish we would have gotten notice, even if it was at check in. Walking out the elevator to loud noise and dust was unexpected and unpleasant.

Reliable simple room, clean and very comfortable. If you want to be in the LES this is a good choice. Plenty of great food places and contemporary art galleries in the area - The New Museum is just up the street.

Only down side was that it has basic amenities so need to eat out etc and sort own food but that wasn't a problem as the location was superb with lots of options around. I'd also say would of been nice to have a standard kettle opposed to the coffee machine as if we wanted hot water we had to try use an old coffee pod to trick it into giving us the hot water.

The room was really nice, great services most days bed was made and towels replaced by cleaners. They emptied out bins etc. room was super spacious plenty of room to do some exercises etc in the morning.

At night the familiar area became very rough scare for the first time in my life i fell fear very degraded hostile and i am talking about 9 PM thankfully i dont have to go nowhere what is shame with such a nice little hotel i made my stay totally pleasurable and staff was great.

I missed the breakfast i sleept most of time and i had a early day in court so the location was perfect i could walk to court in a rainy day and caotic trafic.

AC did not work the first night. Rang to reception and was told that it hasn’t been turned on centrally as the outdoor temperature was still cool and to pop open the window to cool the room which I did and it did cool the room but as the room was facing the bridge, loads of traffic noise which meant struggled to sleep on first night. AC was turned on from night 2 and super comfy for rest of stay

Right by Chinatown. Massive room and cleaned everyday. Bed extremely comfortable and the view looking out to Manhattan Bridge was great!

Service and kindness can be improved. only one coffee each day, while we were three people in the room. there were works during our stay, so a bit dusty and messy in the hallway and lift.

You can hear EVERYTHING - to a point where people in other rooms are being LOUDLY sexually active and it becomes uncomfortable.

Simple no frills facilities but clean and fairly noise proof. Staff were helpful arranging a ride to airport. Location was convenient for catching the subway and going to Brooklyn or Soho area. It is far from other main attractions such as time square however if you’d prefer to be closer to that action.

The bed was bit too hard and pillows too. The toilet seat was getting old and chipping away. I believe that can be an easy cheap fix that should be done. The neighborhood was ok but I wouldn't necessarily venture out at night in the area.

Great price for what you get. It was clean, basic and easy to get to by Subway. The staff was very friendly. Thank you! We had a great view of the bridge. The noise level wasn't too bad. I wear earplugs when I sleep and didn't hear a thing and my boys didn't complain of any noise at night. Easy check-in and check out.
