The bathroom was a bit special. Not a big issue, but it seemed the shower in my room was made for handicapped people and hence not suitable for tall people.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Every request or need for help was responded in a very effective and friendly manner.

the rooms were run-down and weren't the cleanest. perhaps because the room we stayed in was far from the office, we could hardly connect to wifi.

the staff were very pleasant. it's inconvenient if you don't have a car, but considering that the beach is 5-min walking distance and there is free parking, it's not bad.

I feel like the parking spots were not ideally used. Could have been more, but I was lucky. The room itself had a slight smell of old to it, which unfortunately even stuck to some of my clothes. Some parts of the room were not as well cleaned as others, but it was not too bad. The AC was also a bit too loud and some options did not fully work.

I really liked the location itself. It is not far away from the Beaches in Miami, but also not too central to be bothersome. I did not use the pool, but other guests seemed to frequent it, so it must be decent. The parking permit is really helpful and there are a handful of parking spots, although it is not a guarantee. If the bathroom are nice and clean, you know they are doing a good job, which was the case!

The mattresses could have been a lot better and firmer. One bed frame was really bending when you sit on it. The shower curtain was sticking to our skin when we took a shower. There is a strange smell that stuck to us, I'm not sure if that's from humidity. Over all it was nice and easy to deal with except for the mattresses. Thank you

The bathroom towel holder keeps falling off & the shower curtain was placed a little too far in so it kept sticking to me when I showered but overall it was a great spot!!

They have two cats & a duck that are best friends in the alleyway, so stinkin cute! Came for the beach, stayed for the animals. Tons of good food around, super walkable area!

You could hear everything from outside of the room. The people above me must have been ballroom dancing all night.

I loved the soft yet firm mattress, the size of the fully stocked room, but most of all the shower was hot enough to boil a lobster and the pressure was high enough to strip the paint off a house. I like long hot showers and the shower showers here are great.

The cleanliness could be better. The place is small. The beds could be queen-sized. Full beds for two people are small.

The place is very close to the beach for a very good price. Miami Beach has a lot of hotels but at very high prices. This hotel is okay, with outstanding staff (the people at the front desk try to help with anything you need; they are fantastic). You can't have great expectations about the room, pool, or anything inside the hotel because the price is a warning. But you only have to walk two blocks to see one of the most beautiful beaches in Miami.

The location is convenient, with the beach just a few meters away (the hotel provides towels and beach chairs!). There are two nearby commercial zones with restaurants and activities; you can either walk (10-20 minutes) or take Miami Beach's free trolley to reach them.

Close to a busy road. We would loved to have a small kitchenette/ water boiler (instead of a coffee machine). The building was outdated, but everything was in working order.

The bеd and pillows wasn’t that comfortable and in our room the internet was really bad signal and you would need to go outside of your room closer to the front desk in order to have a good connection.

It is good that they have free parking, also they provide sand chairs and beach umbrella and they let us leave the stuff at a front desk even after we check out. Nice people over there in general.
