Location of the hotel is amazing. It is literally 10 min walk from the White house. Room was nice but bathroom was small. overall nice hotel. Definitely would recommend to others

Would have liked if there was an included breakfast option, there's a cafe but you have to pay quite a bit for what they offer. The facilities were okay but could use an update, the key cards took a couple of swipes to register. Would have liked a private space to do work while in the hotel.

Location was not bad, within a mile of the WH and DuPont circle, about 10 minute walk from metro stations. Price was very reasonable for DC. Beds were super comfy! It felt safe and the premises were very clean. No major noise issues, we slept soundly. Check in and out were an easy process.

Some of our party did not like the beds. Ten of us ate in the restaurant which was rather mediocre. And we were told they cannot split the bill between more than two credit cards.

The location was great, The value good. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms really varied in size and shape, but were generally roomy and comfortable.

I thought there was a pool. My mistake. I don’t understand why there is a facility fee when there was nothing to use. Also had to go to the canopy hotel to buy coffee.

The VALET price is ridiculous. No need to charge $70 PER NIGHT to park. Everything about the hotel was pretty good but I think the valet cost was over the top !

The bed was comfortable and the view was really nice. The amount of space was decent .I didn't hear too much noise. Our maid service was also great.

For the price you pay to stay, there should be more amenities and updates. No Fridge or microwave in the room which is a inconvenience. The shower in our room was clogged, the water didn't drain properly. There were no trash bags in the rooms so we had to emphasize with the laundry bags left in the room.The TV was on the right side of the bed, we had to turn the TV around in order to look at it comfortably. Having to use our keycards to work the elevator every time we had to go up to our room was bit annoying. We would swipe the keycard and the other elevator door would open which was scary especially if you were leaning on it, we didn't know it would open.

Staffing was nice and the valet personnel were very attentive and polite. It's definitely in the city of DC which was walking distance to a few locations we visited. Room was spacious just out dated for the price. Bathroom was spacious.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit on the lower side. While it was nice that there was a fitness room, it would have been better if the treadmill had been working.

Very comfortable large room. Good and fast WiFi, which made it easy to work from the hotel room when necessary. Location is super convenient to most of DC, only a few blocks from the metro and multiple bus lines.

The building was rather old and the lift is small and slow.

The room was so spacious and located in safe and calm area. Sunlight shines from big window in daytime which makes the stay very cozy. The room price was cheap considering Washington DC standard.

While clean and functioning, the rooms need renovation. My toilet was acting quirky and internet was patchy. For the price per room without breakfast, it is not very good value for money

It is now 2024, the rooms should have mini fridges and microwaves to be able to keep food and water cold and not have to venture into the hallway to find the microwave that’s shared for the whole floor.

The property is in an AMAZING location and very beautiful when walking in. They have a bar and grill attached and the food and service was absolutely amazing

A small bar fridge would have been awesome - but we managed.

Great location. Easy walk to White House and Hop on Hop off bus stop. Very close to a Wholefood Market and cheap eats. Room was clean and spacious. Beds very comfy. Big windows as well. We were very pleased with our choice. Hotel has a lovely bar and restaurant on site as well.
