Clean rooms, friendly staff, rooms well stocked, was happy they had extra towels and coffee maker was stocked with extra coffee. We had breakfast sitting outside looking at the ocean view.

-Thought I had reserved a water view room at the price quoted. At check in I was informed it was not and there would be an additional charge if I still wanted one. I opted out.

-Good location on the highway. -Comfortable, clean functional room. -Availability of luggage carts, which was very helpful. -Convenient "serve and go" breakfast. -Nice outdoor deck overlooking water off of the breakfast room.

Nothing…loved it

The property was so pleasant ..from walking into the lobby and throughout the stay. Every staff person encountered was so kind, pleasant and helpful. Rooms were so comfortable and clean. our room had a wonderful area that contained the fridge, microwave and coffee pot with storage and counter space. Breakfast was very good with many options. Walks down to the shore were a fabulous treat.

A good location just a few minutes from downtown with a very nice view of the water out back. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was great! Absolutely recommend.

Bed was as hard as a rock!! It needed a pillow top or something to soften the mattress. The breakfast was skimpy as it did not have any bagels, English muffins, toast, waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon or sausage from which to choose. The blueberry muffin they did supply was good, but the chocolate chip coffee was more chips than cake - ugh.

The facility was lovely. The rooms were a good size. The view was wonderful too.

Getting breakfast was extremely awkward.

The pool and the hot tub were excellent! The room was beautiful and bed comfy the bathroom clean. The fireplace in the foyer was beautiful. The staff was helpful, acted professional and were very pleasant!

The mattresses may need replacing soon, my side was very uncomfortable and a bit saggy,but my husband's side was a little better. The beds were also smaller than expected. Most of the pillows were a very thin down style, I needed more support personally. The room was extremely clean but there were some beads on the floor just under the curtain, which normally wouldn't be a big deal but we had a small child and we all know how they are with putting things in their mouths. There were 3 earwigs around the tub drain that my husband killed, thankfully. (But it's winter in Maine, so. I'll take earwigs over spiders, at least! ) None of these are deal breakers for us, I just hope to get a firmer mattress next time.

The awesome lady who makes the pastries/coffee cake etc deserves a trophy and maybe a national holiday. The staff is unbelievably friendly, the interior is newer, modern and clean. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful and very clean. The hot tub is also huge, which was awesome.

The free breakfast was great, better than I have had at other hotels. Great location and beautiful ocean views. We forgot some items in our room and the cost to mail them to me was at least half what I thought it was going to be.
