The AC in the room is manipulated by the hotel. The room was very hot those days.

Next time we will ask for a condo a little further from the Claw Bar kitchen hood, very noisy at night. Our room was just above. Room number 307. That was the only negative point.

Best location in Naples. You can walk downtown / 5 min. Parking just facing the buildings under the trees. There’s a lot of bike you can borrow to go to the beach. They also can provide you chairs and umbrellas and bring them to the beach for you. The hotel is not new but it’s extremely well maintained!! BRAVO!! Everything is very clean. From the elevator to the little things. The swimming pool is beautiful, the chairs are very confortable. There’s a nice gym and a nice restaurant « The Claw Bar » around the pool. Our hotel suite was great : amazing kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Nothing to say. Nothing missing. The balcony has a table and mosquito net. WE WILL COME BACK.

Booking.com Booked us a two bedroom suite, that was unnecessary, we were only two (2) adults. It was very difficult to communicate about our disappointment. I will found it difficult to use this site again. Very unhappy 😞

No breakfast! Didn't realise this when I booked and we didn't have time to walk into town. Having said that if we were staying longer I'm sure we would have found somewhere local.

Very spacious room. Everything we could want. Slept well. The music in the London Club in the hotel was excellent.

Wish location was within walking distance to Olde Naples. Shuttle made the difference and will return for that reason.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and accomodating to all requests. The shuttle offered was nice bonus. We rarely needed to get in the car during our stay. Will definately return!

Pool was quite small . We took advantage of use of sunchairs and headed to beach.

We had a fully equipped 2 BR apartment, and it had everything, even champagne glasses which was perfect as we were there for Christmas! The location was brilliant, we were a 5-minute walk to 5th Avenue, what more could one ask!

We had an awesome stay at Bellasera that really exceeded our expectations. The customer service was excellent: free shuttle bus to and from the beach; free beach chairs and umbrellas; free bikes; complimentary cinnamon buns and coffee for breakfast. Everything was included in the resort fee and we were never told to pay anything extra. The room was very clean, kitchenware was new and pleasant to use. Kids loved the heated pool and jacuzzi a lot. Thank you so much for our stay!

Some parents did not care at all that their kids used the pool for jumping from the edge and load yelling. Its a sophistcated place.

Outstanding staff that was always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay even more pleasant! The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a very nice pool area. The location is great. Close to the cute Naples downtown with lots of restaurants and cute shops.

This place is exceptional! large apartment with comfortable beds, walk in closet, all the things you could possibly need in the kitchen, including lots of creamer & coffee. washer, dryer in unit with detergent. The premises are elegant with a wonderful restaurant and pool area, everything is spotless, the staff are all polite and eager to help. It is walking distance to 5th st Restaurants & shops. The shuttle will take you to the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas and even funnoodles, just call for return pick up. the shuttle will take you anywhere with in 3 miles. I definitely plan to always return here!

Everything was perfect!! The pool is small but beautiful, the exercise room was great, the daily housekeeping was superb (did the dishes, etc.), laundry in the room was very convenient…absolutely nothing negative! The shuttle takes you to the beach and back and provides the chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc! Can’t wait to go back!

Just a few things in the room were broken, and the organization of the light switches was a bit odd; but even with these minor things, I still give this place a 10 rating due to its overwhelming positive attributes.

Location, price, staff, and room were all top-notch. I couldn't be happier with this place, and this is the first hotel that we are actually making plans on coming back to next year. What gives this place even a bigger bonus are the free shuttle rides to nearby locations. Bellasera is a 10/10!
