Being harassed so many times by staff to go to a timeshare presentation! That’s the part that makes me want to rent elsewhere. Also, we had planned to ice skate Monday. They rent it to outsiders only on Mondays! They were too busy trying to make us attend a time share mess to tell us it wasn’t available on Monday! VERY disappointing! That was a big reason we went there! The grandkids loved that last time. Also the hot tub wasn’t working. Also the jacuzzi tub had pink mold and pub hair. I had to go get bleach and clean it! After cleaning it I enjoyed that!

Room was great. Love the location.

The resort is aging and in need of some upkeep; A/C wasn't working. They are motivated to sell time shares so be careful of the sales pitch. I thought I was getting a room with a kitchen but realized when I arrived that I'd reserved the wrong type of room & had no place to prepare food. My mistake. We were on the 3rd floor, no elevator, so carrying heavy bags and coolers was some effort. I would stay there again but I'd get a different type of room and try to stay on the 1st or 2nd floor. Would have loved to have a morning coffee bar at the on-site restaurant. I think people would pay for coffee drinks. The restaurant is not open for breakfast or lunch. A coffee bar concession might be worth them considering for the future.

The location in Bend was very nice. It's a great place to meet up with multiple family members or friends. There are easy walks and hiking trails within the area. The balcony had a lovely view. It was very pleasant sitting there in the evenings. The pools and games are inviting and it was a very family friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed watching my grandchildren having a good time and interacting with other kids.

The AC unit didn't work really well. It was pretty warm in the room. At first it was blowing out hot air, but one of the maintenance workers came to help. He got it blowing cooler air, but it still didn't totally cool down the room during our visit.

The pool area was excellent. The temperature of the water was amazing and the grounds were clean. It's a great location.

I did not appreciate the staff that wouldn’t take no for an answer when they were trying to sell us on a time share. We stood there for 45 minutes telling the employee that we were not interested and that we had just drive 4 hours and were tired.

they tried to talk me into a timeshare meeting during check in and wasted 45 mins on my checking in. the pool and hot tub were over run by children and families that seemed to be locals with some sort of pool membership , there were no adult only facilities and it was a bit crazy!

it’s a time-share so they push you to do the sales pitch. also, our were really old and the mattress was extremely hard.

The property has some really great amenities, like the pools, sauna, putt-putt and fitness center.

We booked through Booking.com but after our initial check in, we were told the check in would be completed by another member of staff. This person was a salesperson for World Mark and tried very aggressively to sell us a timeshare. After fifteen minutes of telling her we were not interested, we finally said, "enough! We simply want to pay what we expected to pay and have our vacation." This experience left a bad taste in our mouths. Had I known this was part of the deal, I would not have used the resort. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The resort is very pleasant. There is a lot of open space and the landscaping is quite lovely. Our room was spacious with a great outlook.

The toilet seat was really low to ground. There needs to be more update technology in the rooms. Like no usb plug to the alarm clock or TV. I forgot to bring my charging plug and it made it hard to charge my Phone. I expected to have that in a resort

Didn't know there would be a timeshare push before we got our room keys/wristbands. If you deon't want to buy their timeshare, say NO at the very beginning of the check in process.

Murphy bed was not disclosed. Although very comfortable, had to pull it down/put it back every day as there were two very large overstuffed chairs against the closet the bed was in, and they had to be moved somewhere every day. Unfortuneately there was nowhere to put the chairs when the bed was down, so the whole room was a mess of furniture.

I would rate this facility higher but for the fairly high pressure pitch to do a 60 to 90 minute “ownership” pitch, which under counter questioning was admitted to be more likely 2 hours. Saying no several times had limited effect in slowing the initial fishing hustle. Still, the rooms a nice, the facilities and activities very good and the location prime.

No pulls on the cupboards and drawers, made it difficult to try and open. The couch was not comfortable to sit on, so I can’t imagine it being comfortable to sleep on. The complementary laundry service was great, but the dryer doesn’t work very well. Had to dry one load (normal size) three times. Also, the upstairs guest was really loud while walking around through the night. It sounded like the were walking with brinks on their feet. I’m not sure if it is wood floor’s up there or just one loud (insomniac) guest!

The pools were great! (My son especially loved the kiddie pool). Loved having two bathrooms and a kitchen. The view off the deck was also very nice.

When I purchased this stay on booking I was not aware that I would be subjected to a sales pitch. We were only in town for a short stay and had a packed scheduled. When I expressed my disinterest in attending the sales pitch due these reasons I was met with surprise and pushed into scheduling anyway. My husband was not interested in attending either so we did not attend. I then received 4 calls on my personal phone and several to my room. I understand that this is the model set for this location now but it is misleading when booking through another entity. I could not get the cable to work on one of the TVs but feared entering the lobby due to the sales folks.

The grounds were beautiful and the room was clean and supplied with all we needed. The view was lovely from the balcony and check out process was made simple.

The location is ideal! It feels like you’re still close enough to Bend but away from the crowds at this resort and incredibly close to Mt. Bachelor. Parking is close to the condos and everything within walking distance at the resort, no need for golf carts. Grounds are kept clean and tidy and displays earth tones in their buildings, gorgeous pines and clean and clear paths for use. The staff was super accommodating and did their best to make the best out of our stay while working through Covid guidelines. For instance, the pool was re-opened (btw..3 pools total all in same area and beautiful setup) so during check in staff informed us how to reserve a slot since capacity could only reach a certain amount for social distancing. We came with two little boys and the property is ideal for any age. There’s also tons of nearby restaurants that also offer discounts if you stay at Seventh Mountain Resort. We will definitely return.

The room was a very much disappointment. There were holes and tears in the couch and recliner. There was patchwork in the carpet. There was Patchwork in the bathroom where the shower is towards the ceiling, not painted very well so stood out like a sore thumb. Had cheap rosin chairs on our patio compared to everybody else that look like they had very nice chairs. And not to be too nitpicky but the paper towels were very cheap they didn't even tear properly at the perforation.

The grounds were beautiful, the people were very nice and friendly. There were a lot of amenities there but not able to use during our trip. Either because of weather or covid-19.
