Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Have stayed here many times in the past for family reunions, weddings, and funerals. We will not stay here again
Very run down. Much of the facility was roped off. Rooms boarded up. Ice machine broken. Our room rug had many stains where it was apparent that pets had stayed in the past.

Giant hole in driveway around back. Lots of construction and amenities not working.
The location was good for what I needed. The bed was comfortable and room looked clean.

We had a problem with our door but our "neighbor " told us how to get in our room.
We were traveling with my dog and we wanted a smoking room. Finding a room that allows dogs isn't so difficult anymore but smoking rooms are few and far between. We appreciate that some people still allow us to have a room that allows both.

The guy who checked us in gave our room to someone else. But he kept our stuff in the office and gave us another one without any problems. It has a bar next door and it was very noisy. Other people were smoking marijuana and you could smell it when you walked by.
The bed was SO comfortable!

I didn’t like from the outside it looks like the balcony is about to fall apart, at back area. The old furnitures looks dirty and made the place looks dark. The bed sheets didn’t look clean, usually when fresh out dryer they aren’t wrinkled but in my bed it was super wrinkled, so I just slept on top of sheets. The carpet looks dirty too like there was puddle that just dried out. The phone wasn’t working when I first tried to call about the shower knob (hard to turn on/off), don’t know if it ever did. I had to keep trying my keycard to get in. The room smells old. You can hear the noise outside too. Lastly, I seen small roach in the bathroom that crawled in the crevice of doorframe.
Location was great close to all establishments and the school I was going to. Breakfast was great with biscuits/gravy, bacon, omelette during first day; biscuits/gravy, sausage patties and scrambled eggs the second day. Fresh brewed coffee in the pot so it kinda ran out when I wanted more. There are also waffles, muffins, bread, bagels, fresh fruits and yogurts. I don’t drink but there’s bar at the lobby with pool table. Of course all the staff were nice and friendly.

I felt that the room could have been cleaner, the heating unit needed a good cleaning, filter needed changed and unit throughly cleaned, could see that all surfaces were very dusty, and trays,counter and coffee trays and coffee maker not cleaned, a lot of old dust on lamp shades and light bulbs. Over all room was ok. But could use a little more detailed cleaning.

Carpet was extremely dirty, large piece of the upstairs balcony rotted and fell off almost hitting the vehicle below. Motel is in need of a makeover. Hot tub has been broke for years, needs to be fixed. Pool was inop during last visit...not sure of reason. The price still makes this motel a descent deal, however the condition of the building is starting to be an issue
Comfortable beds, have stayed here many many times. Happy the lounge is back open.

A pool that was in operating condition
Room was clean but edge of bed carpet was not - stickers in foot as I got into bed. Mold in ceiling of bathroom disgusting. Walkways were dirty - leaves....

The pool and hot tub were not working during our visit. I looked online specifically for a hotel with a pool for the kiddos to enjoy while visiting, so this was dissapointing.
The breakfast was good! Staff was friendly and room was clean.
