I found two big brown spiders 👀 and, the curtains were see through . The thicker curtain could not be pulled shut. So, i just pull it together the best i could with hair clips covering the see through ones. Suggestion get new curtains. Single mom with 3 small children. Dont want people looking in my room as they pass. Thank you!

The pretty view and how quiet it was. How nice the staff was. My key wasnt working. Lady at desk was happy to assist me getting a new one. Very nice service.

I didn’t like that one of the green curtains had been taken off of the rod and balled up/left on the floor behind the chair in our room. I also didn’t like that the extra door lock that is typically is on the inside of the room had been removed but not replaced, leaving minimum security and holes in the inside of the room.

I liked the location relative to town/restaurants and that it had a view. Staff was friendly/helpful. Breakfast was nice as well.

The only thing I would have liked to see was the pool actually working? It has never worked a few times we've stayed there.

The first time we stayed here was during COVID and they had breakfast to go. This was our second time staying here. And we had many options for breakfast. And it was always fresh and hot and the staff was extremely friendly.

Better quality food would be great. Don't water down the gravy to save money... I've traveled many locations and stayed at Best Western hotels. This breakfast was sad and not of any quality. The gravy was watered down so had no flavor. Biscuits ran out, so when requesting more, they were microwaved and hard as a rock, hence unable to eat. The second day my grandson said the staff overseeing the breakfast was rude and mumbled something under her breath as he and other grandchildren got their breakfast to go. Scrambled eggs were flattened, not fresh scrambled. Again,. I've traveled to many different hotels as well in my work, and this was one of the worse breakfast experiences.

Day hotel front office staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good for our needs. Rooms were clean accept for the refrigerator in our room was not working, had a horrible ring sound, and when we went to unplug it, the top of it was so dirty. Might need to have staff clean the tops of the refrigerators... it was nasty.

Unfortunately, there were other guests who came in later in the evening on both nights and were very noisy. If they had grouped them at the far end of the property, it would have helped.

The hotel was easy to find and in a convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and even recommended a good place for evening dinner.

The pool was under repair, therefore not operational. When I booked the hotel through Kayak, I wish there would have been a message regarding the pool. I didn’t see anything. The water pressure in the room was not strong at all. Taking a shower was interesting since there was barely any water coming out of the faucet.

It was convenient for the location we needed.

The bedroom was a little bit musty needs some work at least on renovating the carpet or removing it. Although the AC was very powerful and cooled the room pretty fast, it was extremely noisy. I would still return, the room and bathroom were clean and they are located in a very nice spot and close to the national park, which was our destination.

We didn't pick up our breakfast bag. The gentleman in the front desk was very kind and the check in was quick and fast, he asked if the price that I was being charged was the same as stated in my reservation.

The continental breakfast was closed and the swimming pool was closed and covered. The trees and landscape near the parking lots seemed to be covered with poison ivy.

Pool closed, room had dirty towels from last tenant, black mold in bathroom, barely cold ac, tv volume had a MINIMUM?? I used to come here with my aunt and uncle when I was young. It has gone downhill A LOT!!
