The bed was way too high. I’m tall & had difficulty sitting on the edge & was uncomfortable to sit on. Needed an extra chair in the room because of that.

The breakfast was outstanding & delicious with lots of variety. Everything was convenient & very clean! The location was excellent & very quiet. The staff were exceptional! Very friendly & helpful! Always smiling & loved the cookies! Loved the walk-in shower too!

Hard to find something to complain about. If anything the mattress could have been better but still wasn't bad and still slept well.

The hotel staff is really nice and helpful, the hotel is very well kept and the rooms were perfectly clean, good coffee at breakfast. Confortable and practical rooms. Excellent value overall and pets are welcome!

Rooms were clean and the remodeling was well done. We booked here because they were dog friendly. Breakfast was the best I've experienced in a long while. Better than many hotels at much higher rates. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

They put us in a handicap room which evidently was the 3rd party booking agency we used who did that. The hotel could not make any changes and put us in our preferred room on the top floor.

The location was convenient and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and we really liked the lady who was tending to the buffet.

The newly remodeled rooms had beds too high. I didn't know a step stool was an option until we were checking out.

The price was very high for what we are used to. I recognize this was the going rates for the area. I would recommend the hotel. Overall a good place to stay.

The location is great for visiting Traverse City. The available free shuttle service was a great amenity. Having a breakfast available was a good addition.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was quite small, and the pool was overrun with kids during our stay, which made it challenging to enjoy as adults. The breakfast was mediocre, and all the disposable plates, cups, and utensils were made of single-use plastic and styrofoam, which was very disappointing. It would be great if the hotel could make some improvements in terms of sustainability and providing more eco-friendly options for breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Traverse City with my partner for a sports tournament, and we had a comfortable experience. The hotel offers free parking and the check-in and check-out process was nice and efficient. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the room was clean, which made our stay very pleasant.

Our shower stopped working. I reported the problem to staff and they were very friendly. They said a few rooms had mentioned that, so I'm hopeful it's fixed.
