Loved the breakfast. The heated pool was a big hit with the grandkids. The beach was a short walk away. Plenty of options to eat in the area. Publix was nice as we loaded up on snacks and drinks for the beach.

Pillows were an odd size, not a full pillow. No drain plug in the kitchen sink. Main door handles were low and awkward to open.

The breakfast was plentiful. But the influx of cruisers on the weekend made for long lines to get food. The beach access and proximity to the Cocoa Beach pier was great.

Bit of a high price for a dated hotel.

Location right at the beach. Breakfast was very nice. Loved the shampoo, lotion and soap. Fish Camp Grill was right next to hotel. Pier was right next to hotel.

We had an oceanfront room and the view was beautiful. Our room was originally an oceanfront on the 2nd floor and the view was blocked by trees and greenery. I went to the front desk and they said there was an oceanfront available on the 6th floor and they kindly switched us. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was awesome and the gals attending to the area kept everything well stocked, clean and they were very friendly!

The only negative thing I can really say is the breakfast for all 3 of the building was in one building which it was a pretty big room but there was also a lot of people

It was very pretty our room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good and a broad choice of breakfast items. the way all the hotels where set up made it nice and easy to get around, the multiple pools was nice when the shade started blocking 1 we could just go to the other pool that hadn't been shaded yet, another thing would be that we literally saw a rocket launching from our room wich was probably one of the coolest things I've ever seen.

called for housekeeping and they never came. daily breakfast was ok, not much for choices and set up was hard to get through with large crowds. had to pay for parking!

Some rooms are a hike to get to and our hallway had a very musty smell.

Great location for shuttle to cruise port and having a restaurant right on the grounds makes it easy. Staff was very helpful and nice very easy to deal with and accommodating.

I wasn’t aware there were so many different buildings. I felt the pictures didn’t fully show the difference between the main building and the others where I ended up staying. Definitely not as nice.

The breakfast was included but was below average, very basic. Compared to other hotels, this is not good. It was served in another building, but all guests went here, the space is small, not enough for so many people. The selection is small, and you had to wait in a huge line, cca 30 people, waiting for 30-45 min. Unacceptable, especially considering the low quality of food.

A nice hotel right at the beach. Hotel has several buildings, we stayed in the closest to the beach with a great view from balcony. The room was large, two beds, enough room for 4 adults. The beach is wonderful. Restaurants and large retail shops are close. The building was in a good shape, clean, but is an older building. Free parking is available in front of hotel.
