COMPLIMENTARY breakfast was great, and so were the people serving it. "Best Western" might conjure up a budget average place, but this was really quite pretty, clean and convenient-- better than we expected! Entire staff was nice, too. Great for walking to Scottsdale restaurants.

Room was a bit dark. There was a party at a nearby nightclub at our first night - could be an issue for some guests (I slept with earplugs)

To be honest, the nightclub district directly opposite is extremely noisy till 3am, but I had ear plugs, so all good. If you are really fussy about noise may not be for you.

Nice hotel and staff, it was booked for us by a 3rd party as we were going to the Phoenix Open. We arrived a day early, so I booked an extra night.

We had a lazy maid the last day.

The room is what I expected. We did not need a fancy place as w were not there much. But it was very nice just not "fancy." Exactly what I expected. Employees were very attentive and helpful when needed. It was clean, and they served a free breakfast which was a nice surprise. Not just cereal or a bagel. They had a lot to choose from. Eggs, pancakes, fr. toast, burrito, sausage, bacon, muffins, bagels, etc.

TV's (there were 2) could have been upgraded with a larger screen and better sound. Safe should be larger to fit a laptop.

King Suite was excellent. Large sitting area as well as a very large lanai. Nice large vanity outside of the bath worked well.

The late-night rumble from nearby dance clubs .

Everything was great with one exception - the rumble from all the dance clubs one block over. If that’s your thing, you’ll love it. Location was great for exploring sites.

Air conditioning fan set on high speed blows straight at beds and was uncomfortable. Helpful staff tried to adjust vents and made somewhat better.

There were a lot of conferences in the area and the price was a bit higher than expected. I did not realize I had booked a large suite.

The breakfast service was a bit unusual. You had to stand in line to request the items you wanted for breakfast. Also the bed in the room was noisy and, apparently, not very comfortable for me. I did not sleep well the entire time I was there.

The room was clean and had a nice bathroom. The receptionist indicated that it got noisy across the street because of clubs but I did not notice abnormal noise levels while I was there.

Pool area: wooden lounge chairs with NO cushions! Spending time at the pool was torture! On line Photos showed a lovely waterfall but there was no working waterfall. Charging $10 to park at an unsecured outside lot.

Best breakfast at any hotel and cleanest facility. Kitchen was spotless and shining. Hood location for shopping and restaurants

When you walk in, immediately it’s the bathroom sink. And then the bathroom itself to the right. Interior a little too dark. It could use a refresh. I also do not agree with paying for nightly parking. That should be included.

It had a comfortable bed and it was clean. Appreciated having a refrigerator. I LOVED THE BREAKFAST! It was great although- you really need to offer a little more vegan options. Potatoes cooked in butter weren’t a good option for me. Non dairy yogurts would be a good addition. The oatmeal and fruit were appreciated and the attendant/ server was SOOO NICE! The pool looked great but it was too chilly to use it.
