We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Even though I didn't eat on the premises, I did like the idea of having a restaurant on site.

United States of AmericaBreakfast is no longer included We were locked out of room in the rain because the batteries had died in the key slot. Housekeeping and maintenance were unable to get the hard key to work either. We had left in the morning for a basketball tournament and came back to pack up and leave. Maintenance decided to fix the door while we were trying to pack . I had to stay in the bathroom with our dog so she wouldn't run off. We had already put her crate in the car so it was very inconvenient. We had booked a pet friendly king room with separate living room for our 9 year old son to have his own t.v. when we got there we had been changed to the pet friendly room which was only 1 room with additional t.v. in the bathroom. My son needed a bath before bed the last night we were there only to find out that the whole wing had lost hot water. Needless to say we have stayed here a handful of times & never have had so many things go wrong.

United States of AmericaI guess I should have l looked further into the booking process. Had I known there was a 200$ fee ON TOP of my cost, I would have NEVER booked it! (That's my own fault) Most places are 50$, PLUS I thought a continental breakfast was included, but it was not! The room was small but doable, and the beds and pillows SUCKED! It really needs an upgrade!

United States of AmericaThe woman at the front desk when we checked in was not friendly during any of our interactions with her. There was a $200 fee we had to pay upfront with no guarentee we would get it back. We were told we had to speak with our credit card company to get it back “incase we broke something or ordered room service” we also took our small daughter to use the pool and although no signs or notice was give , we were told she was only allowed to be in the pool for 10 minutes in the morning. We told the person in charge that check out was 11 and they said we could go in closer to that time. It was unfortunate to have been given no heads up for our children not being allowed to enjoy the pool. I was out an extra $200 for no reason and don’t know if I’ll get it back and we also didn’t get to enjoy the pool which was the reason we chose the hotel in the first place. Our room keys also never worked and had to keep asking employees to open our door for us. The bath tub also wouldn’t hold water which was the same complaint we had at our last visit to the same room 3 years ago. So this issue has been over looked for YEARS. All of these issues give me pause to come back a third time.
Bed was comfortable. Our room was right near a door.

when we arrived, we found out the restaurant was not open. We also found that our room has no air conditioning. So we moved to another room, but still paid the rate for a spa room.
