It would be nice to add some complimentary forks, spoons, and napkins, etc in the hotel room, but that's just a bonus/extra!

I loved everything! The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. The attendants really make sure you never run out of fresh towels, shampoo, etc. which is great! This was a wonderful experience!

Wish they had handicap rooms on main floor. Would have liked laundry access on both floors.

Room was fine, they are completely renovating the hotel, so they had mattresses outside of rooms so could put in new carpets. Lobby had new paint. Complete update to whole hotel. Breakfast bar is always excellent with waffles, eggs, sos, sausage, orange juice, milk.

The hot tube jets didn't work but was still nice and hot.There was no cobbler and ice cream, or at least I wasn't told about it upon check-in.need to have ice machine towards the back of the hotel also for people that have a hard time walking long distance.other than that we had a great stay.

The arcade room didn't have anything that really worked, didn't even have a puck for the air hockey table. The window in the room didn't have a latch to lock it, it was being held closed by a piece of pipe. The room could have been cleaned a little better.

I liked the setup of the hotel and the location. Not too crazy busy of an area. The hotel staff was super polite and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were doing a great job keeping up with a good attitude! Their pool was nice as well and I love how it's in the center of the hotel in its own little building.

Hot tub was down all weekend, when we got there Friday night they said it would be fixed Saturday morning, it was the weekend so I expected maintenance to not be able to get heating element by morning but they could have told us it probably would be out all weekend.

Breakfast was great, food was always hot, fresh, and refilled quickly. It was comfy inviting seating room. Coffee was better than any hotel we have stayed at, staff was friendly.

As I already mentioned, some kind of service to get people to their shows when they do not have a vehicle would probably be a great asset.

Since we had our own vehicle we could easily get to the entertainment strip and/ activities we wanted to. Someone without a vehicle would certainly find it difficult to get around and about. It would certainly be beneficial for Branson towers to have either a shuttle or vehicles to loan on a daily or hourly basis for the convenience of their guest. I am not sure how others without a vehicle manage to get around . I especially appreciated the help given in getting show tickets and the convenience of having our tickets delivered to the hotel. Breakfast till 10 was also nice for those of us who are not the earliest risers. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. We would definitely go back.

We love the stair case entrance! We love their breakfast. The staff is always kind and helpful. The rooms are always clean. It’s always a good price for a clean hotel!

The hot tub was broken. The beds were fairly soft so one person in our family didn’t like that. The shower head was so low that you had to duck under or aim it straight out.

The location was perfect! Never had traffic and was only minutes from everything we wanted to do! Breakfast was good except no fresh fruit.

My room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. very comfortable place to stay. I like getting the room with the kitchenette. I would definitely stay here again. Granddaughter enjoyed the inside pool. The most important thing to look for in a place to me is being clean and friendly staff.
