Poor internet - couldn't connect and couldn't use.

Hotel seems to be undergoing renovation. Room was comfortable, quiet. Clientele seems to be mostly working people. Motel functional, but nothing fancy.

Room should have been cleaner, dusty, refrigeration needed to be defrosted and cleaned. No sink stopper had to use a towel. Everything else was satisfactory.

Staff responses to requested needs. Staff readily available and met all needs. Comfortable room and adequate accommodations for the prices.

Supposed to be 24 hour coffee, but nothing in the morning for a good while, so I gave up and went to a restaurant nearby. Freezer section in fridge was overly frosty couldn't get much in there.

Inexpensive and close to town. Everything worked OK.

I found that the staff was not easily accessible. I did not like that there was no attempt to recycle used towels. I had fresh towels every day; that is such a waste of energy! Most places I stay, they only replace the towels if the towels are left on the floor. If you hang them (as I did), the staff will leave them for another use. It saves the motel time and money. Also, I never found the passwords for the internet until I was leaving (they were on a small scrap of paper on the table in my room).

I didn’t use the breakfast because meals were included in the retreat that I attended. The room was clean & adequate.

Room was nothing fancy. Toilet was constantly draining water into the bowl, so it was noisy.

Location was perfect. Went over the bridge to do a three mile run in the town, and was able to walk to food, a bar, local bookstore, game shop and concert. Also next door to a good breakfast location.

With COVID, it's had to figure what's bad or just the times. However, as soon as we opened the room door, it was apparent the room had been closed up for some time, and smelt quite musty. We sprayed a little air freshener and got the A/C going and it clear up in a bit. However, they knew we were coming and it would have been nice if they had maybe aired out the room and started the a/c unit before we got there. Fridge icebox in dire need of defrosting. All common areas were closed. Seemed a bit pricey for what we got, but again, could be just the times and they need the money to keep the facility going. Not a big deal, but thought it wasn't quite worth the rate.

It's close to the "Main drag" of Stroudsburg - just across the bridge. The staff were very good, and especially the check-in lady who was most understanding as I was having problems with my credit card. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean. Had a good comfortable sleep. TV was modern and many digital channels available, all of which worked. Pancake House next door served a great breakfast.

I went with my husband and kids. The first night our door cards did not work. Came to find out that our door had issues so staff needed to use master to open. When we went out the second day and came back no one told us that our cards needed to be reprogrammed so we were having the same issue until my husband went to front desk. The mini fridge was dirty. The pillows had hair strands. The ac made so much noise. Look for two days to stay it’s convenient. You get what you paid for. No coffee machine and no breakfast available. However there is a diner next door. Would I be back, no.

I liked that it was 15 minutes away from Camelback Mountain and restaurants.

the woman at the front desk said that the cable company that installed the televisions disabled any HDMI input to the TV’s and I had bought my laptop so we could watch movies late at night after skiing, the most random and annoying thing ever.
