Just a hint of residual smoke from these upgraded rooms, probably from an earlier time frame when the motel was older. It didn't bother me enough as I forgot about it after 30 minutes.

Minor: I had to wait outside and message the hotel because no one was there when I rang the bell to check in at 4:30 pm. There were only 2 pillows per bed with one extra and there were really soft and squishy.

It was about what you would expect for a budget, roadside motel. We just needed a cheaper place to stay that was close to the Eugene airport for an early morning flight. It was clean, I felt safe there and it fit our needs.

Really the only thing, that most probably wouldn’t have noticed or cared about - coming from a solo female traveler who watches too many scary movies, I was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that there was an attic hatch of some kind in my room.

About 10 minutes from airport with a gas station right along the way to refill my rental car. If looking to spend time in Eugene and want to be near the action this might not be the place, but I needed a place to stay that was close to the airport for an early flight and this was perfect for me. I agree with other reviews I had read ahead of time that it seems like they have put in effort to make this a nice comfortable place to stay, and may have made some recent updates. Everything felt clean and well-kept. Bed and pillows were comfy. I was excited to see that what I thought was an AC unit had a heat feature which I could control to my liking on a chilly night. I was traveling solo on this trip and this was the hotel I felt most secure in, which surprised me since I’m not used to staying in roadside budget type accommodations. Friendly service at front desk.

Very sketchy neighbourhood, lot of questionable characters wandering the streets, we were even warned by passerby to leave nothing in our vehicle and brace our door with chair etc…..l

The bed was perfect, not too soft. We normally stay at Best Western's, so we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of your smaller hotel. Very clean. I picked this hotel, based solely on reviews, and because it was the closest one to the airport. It didn't disappoint.

The Desk, chairs, and dresser are dated and old with polished tops that were sticky due to the humidity and probably too much polish over time. I liked the height of the desk, and it did not need a lamp so it was the right surface and function size for my computer. The WI-FI was okay. The Cable options were okay. The TV was a little too high on the wall.

Location was very good in relations to the businesses I support nearer the Airport. The facility is showing signs of new construction and efforts to sustain a quality and appealing appearance.

This was a temporary problem that will go away once the remodel is finished: the driveway entrance could have been better marked. I passed the property once because all I saw were construction fences.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I was impressed with how clean and quiet the room was, and the adaptability of its staff. (The building was being remodeled and there was no lobby to check in, but the receptionist met me in the parking lot with all necessary check-in items.)

Everything was new and we could see the owners had spent a lot of money and great thought went into all the upgrades. It was really nice and so convenient to the airport. Would stay again.

It was expensive. Less than booking other name-brand hotels online that close to the airport. I wonder if it would have been cheaper checking in cold because the hotels we did that at were cheaper than reserving online.

It was so fresh and clean. Plenty of places to charge things. Used the in room fridge and table. Shower was spotless, nice hot water. Staff was lovely.

Budget doesn’t have all the amenities, hence the budget and that is ok. Close to the busy road but not a huge issue.

Improving all the time. Budget is great value for money for the area. Needed to get a room for friends going to medical appointment and Budget does the job so well! Clean and remodeled! Staff is very nice and helped me with card requirement concern, very kind!
