Jacuzzi wasn't working & breakfast wasn't particularly nice.

Staff were lovely the duty manager upgraded my room so that I was comfortable. Much appreciated. Lovely swimming pool. Beds very comfortable, great bus service from & to the airport.

It would have been nice to have syrup, for the pancakes and French toast sticks at breakfast. We had a room with safety bars as requested which was great. However, the toilet was VERY low! Would appreciate a higher one!

No one at desk when I wanted to check out. This was true during the 40 minutes that I waited for my airport shuttle. I am very angry that my airport shuttle did not show up!! I was waiting for it at 5:40 AM (for a 5:45 reservation) and I finally gave up at 6:05 AM and walked to the airport with three pieces of luggage. The airport is not made to walk into and it was difficult to cross lawns, parking lots and streets with my luggage and no real signage on how to walk in. I chose this hotel for it's shuttle service and for the shuttle not to show up and no one to be available at the front desk is inexcusable. I feel that I should be refunded at least 50% of my cost of stay at this hotel!!

When checking in the staff could have told us about what time and where breakfast was. We just saw a coffee area at check out but no food out. But other than that it was an excellent stay

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and that shuttle service was offered. I took the Amtrak from Chicago to Milwaukee and got off at the airport stop. I called the hotel and explained that I was at the Amtrak airport stop. The lady told me okay, the shuttle would be on its way. After waiting about 20 minutes, I called back and told the same lady that the shuttle had not arrived and reiterated that I was waiting at the Amtrak airport stop. She said that the driver should be there in about 15 to 20 minutes. After waiting another 20 minutes, I called back and told the same lady that the shuttle still had not arrived. She told me that the driver said that could not find me. I asked if she had told him to come to the Amtrak stop. She said that he only goes to Door 4 at the airport. She asked me if I could walk there. Walk?!! I was so frustrated that I hung up on her and called an Uber, who was able to 'find' me just fine. If I wasn't so pressed for time, I would have tried to find a different hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the same lady that I had talked to on the phone checked me in. I told her that I was disappointed that I wasn't picked up by the shuttle. She just smiled and said sorry. I looked for the shuttle bus every time I went in or out of the hotel during my stay and I never saw it. I questioned whether they even had one or a driver. Also, they advertised having a restaurant but had a sign up that said that it was closed and that it would be back soon. That sign was still up when I checked out. I never planned to eat at the hotel restaurant, however, it seems to me that there is some false advertising going on here. Surely, I was not the first person to get off the Amtrak at the airport location and request the shuttle service. If they didn't offer that service, she should have told me when I called the first time, before wasting my time.

The room was fine. It was clean and had plenty of towels and everything that I needed for a one-night stay.

It was bad. You did some false advertising. Your website said breakfast was offered. You didn't have much of anything at breakfast; no fruit, juices, or main dishes just mainly sides. You also only offered coffee to drink. One day was French toast but no syrup. We were very disappointed. Location isn't bad if needed to stay for business or on a layover.

Very old hotel. Rooms are around the pool area as a courtyard so lots of noise since they have a nice indoor pool. Room was clean but extremely old carpet, tv and everything else. Dont know how safe the area is.

First night found hair in the bathroom sink, a white stain dripping on the wood part of the sink, tub needs cleaning better or redone. Very scary to take a bath. The Free breakfast had little options no juice
