We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The parking lot at this location is merged with multiple hotels and the spots are awkward. I parked next to a vehicle with flat tires and a rotten smell. I assume people live at the motel near the property. Only the smell bothered me, and it had zero impact on our safety or stay, but it is probably off putting to others.
Tracy was so kind the evening of our stay. I usually know amenities and properties far before we travel but on this unexpected trip I had a lot of last minute questions and she had the patience and answers for all of it. All of the staff we interacted with were incredible! That's refreshing. Other pros, the king suite gives a nice privacy option and breakfast is better than good enough!!

The pool was out of service. I know sometimes this is not something they can control but it was the whole reason I booked this hotel.
The staff were phenomenal. Lots of staff too. It was very clean. We were pretty close to everything.

Something happened that caused loss of hot water in the morning, so I'm not a fan of cold showers. The shuttle service was a confusing issue, and with the construction around the airport that morning, I had to wait an hour and a half. However, the staff was kind.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. Facilities clean and comfortable.

Online it still says that there is a hot tub and the pictures are misleading. The pool area was not busy both times we were down there, but we always had to ask at the front desk for towels.
The room was very clean and we really liked that there was no carpet in the room. All of the people working were very polite and helpful.

The hotel shares the parking lot with another hotel so it was crowded. There should have been more parking.
Hotel was clean, room was nice and bed was comfortable. Was close enough to the Indianapolis speedway where we spent the weekend and there was a nice restaurant just down the road. Breakfast was good!

I did not like that the pool was not heated as well as no hot tub.

The hotel was in a great position for us, as we had just finished a long drive. Staff were helpful, telling us places we could eat. The room was clean & comfortable. Everything we needed for our overnight stop.

Wish there had been non-dairy milk options for coffee and cereal.
Great pool. Friendly staff. Tolerant of loud, young athletes running around. Breakfast was good for most everyone.

It didn't have a hot tub. Found a booger on the baseboard of the bed.

They were renovating, so it interfered with breakfast service as well as the lift. The swimming pool was also closed as the result :( I still have cement stain on the wheels of my luggage
Beautifully renovated spacious & clean rooms, near airport. Staff specially the Manager very friendly. There is a great Mexican restaurant, Los Patios within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

The owner was a monster. The first morning we were there about 8:30-9:00am, there was a man SCREAMING for about 20 minutes. At first I thought it was upstairs, but I went to our door I realized it was coming from the lobby. The man was very angry, I knew it was a woman at the front desk so I went to confront the man. It was a middle age Indian man screaming, walking around the hotel complaining about something to somone over the phone. He was yelling at all the staff in a room right off the main lobby and screamed "MOVE ALL THIS S××T OVER THERE!!". I found out later that was the owner and this is not a rare occurrence. The second night there must have been a furniture moving conference or an underground wrestling match above us that lasted until about 12:30. The second issue is not the hotels fault, but the first issue with the owner absolutely is. No one deserves a boss like that.
The staff was awesome. The room was also nice.
