We had an amazing stay! We extended our stay twice. The heated pool was great. We had competitive games of table tennis, tennis, pool, and mini golf. All of the facilities are open until 11pm which we loved. All of the staff we talked to in reception were lovely people. Didn’t catch their names but they were exceptional!

I didn't like seeing piles of gray dusts when I plugged my phone charger into the wall behind one of the nightstands.

Our first time checking into a Legacy Vacation Resort was a delightful experience at the Palm Coast location. Samantha assisted me in checking in and she made it such a pleasure. Legacy Vacation Resorts' amenities, including the front desk office, conveniently close around 11 PM. We didn't get to use all of the amenities during our stay, but we loved the in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen fully stocked with all your needs. I also liked the little note outlining easy directions with Palm Coast's nearby wonderful beach/shopping centers. It felt like a great place to book a long vacation - good thing we'll definitely be staying here again!

The hallway bathroom had a toilet difficult to flush that each time would have water coming up to rim. Aldo there were rust issues in same bathroom with rust in tub

I didn't like that my stay wasn't long enough.

I really enjoyed how home like our stay was. It was extremely comfortable and relaxing. I also really liked how we weren't far from town or beaches or attractions. My favorite part though was all the fountains and how the pool and other amenities were on an island.

If you are on second floor, luggage needs to be carried.

The windows were dirty. The shower had a funky smell. The light outside the master bedroom is extremely bright. They have blinds on the door but should consider curtains

The rooms are a great size and quiet. It was more updated than the online pictures. The oversize balcony had a beautiful view of the pond. Plenty of cable channels and the wifi was okay. We.booked for 2 but was given additional bracelets in case our family was able to join. We had a Late flight and they were able to give us a late check out. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware and pots. The appliances were extremely clean. Lots amenities.

The condo needs updating as well as the activity room and foot bridges. The carpets need replacing and the decor is outdated.

Great location, quiet and the resort was very lush with trees. Pool and hot tub were heated comfortably. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved having a big screened in porch overlooking a fountain and the pool.

Several of the rooms need the carpet replaced, furniture and brighter paint colors. Overall, just updated.

Could use some updating, but still a good value Neighbor started his diesel truck at 6:15 both mornings and then sat there for 45 minutes keeping me awake

Dryer made a weird noise, and one bathroom had a small piece of wall that could be replaced. I notified front desk of this. But love this place very much.

The pool, game room, tennis courts, mini golf are all clean and fun. The property is well maintained. The front desk staff is extra friendly and accommodating. I beleive Diane was one of the night desk people and was so helpful to us.

The room was truly outdated and needing a major upgrade. The beds were extremely uncomfortable .

The resort had plenty of activities for my family.. We truly enjoyed the ping pong and pool table. The pool was a perfect temperature and so relaxing. The staff at check-in in was absolutely the best.

Everything was great, except NO ICE machine on property. Why? Unbelievable, really. When I called guest support they told me at the pool. Was a complete lie? Why lie? When I went to the front desk she was direct saying it’s in the individual units if they have it …WHICH THEY DO NOT. So a lie still but not totally false because there were two empty ice trays here. So.

Large rooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen - this is our go to for the cooler months. We come down every November for our grandson's birthday. There's a walking trail by the inter coastal waterway and shops and restaurants within walking distance at European Village.
