Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

wifi didn’t reach bedroom too well. Bed and pillows not as comfortable, AC didn’t reach the room too well
Friendly helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite. It was nice to have a suite with a well stocked kitchen. Room was spacious. easy parking and good location close to Disneyland and walkable distance to Anaheim garden walk

Unfortunately, there was an issue with a window in one room, with the bathroom floor in another room and the bed needs updating in the third room. The staff were notified and will sort so no problem.
The staff make the whole experience great and the hotel and amenities help to make you feel at home.

Slow elevator, my microwave didn’t work. No hand lotion available.

The property could use just a little updating. Our bathroom door handle was pretty loose, the elevators were a little scary, and the bathroom light switch was a little finicky. But these are all very minor issues and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall.
The property was clean, not extremely outdated, roomy, comfortable, and close to Disneyland. 100% will be staying here again. Especially for the price, it was FANTASTIC!!

The pull out sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, thankfully we only had a small 5 year old sleeping on it but an adult would struggle. The pool was small but nice but could definitely have done with being heated as it was freezing.
The one bedroom suite was lovely and spacious and had all amenities required for a longer stay such as a kitchen and full fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker etc. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The staff very extremely friendly and helpful. The free washers and dryers in the laundry room were very much appreciated.

Someone on our floor was smoking weed heavily, it began to smell in our room and could be smelled throughout the hallway. We did call the front desk and they immediately sent security up to resolve the issue. We did not smell it the duration of our stay.
Close to Disneyland, less than 5 minutes to the Toy Story parking lot. Room had everything we would need to cook for ourselves including dishes, very clean.

The room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't horrible!
We love staying at Candlewood Suites. Having a kitchenette is essential for our young allergy family and we love the extra space of the 1 bedroom suites. It's great being able to put our toddler to bed and still have room to relax. It's an easy walk to Disneyland - or you can easily walk into the Toy Story parking lot and take the shuttle, bypassing the lengthy security line at the main entrance by going through security before getting onto the shuffle (this is only during peak times). The staff are always very friendly and we always feel welcome.

it’s about 15mins walk to the Disneyland Paris parks entrance. there are many restaurants close by, including 2 Starbucks outlets.

Quiet and close Location to Disney. Bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Staff was so helpful. All the plug ins were great too. Bus stop location was so close but it so nice to have garage parking. I would recommend Candlewood Suites in Anaheim to anyone traveling to Disneyland.

There really isn’t anything I didn’t like.
The property is safe, great location next to a lot of everything, Disneyland especially. Staff was absolutely nice, attentive and wonderful.

The toilet wasn't level made it uncomfortable and weird getting up and down. Prices for pop in lobby was ridiculous. I went to a 7-11 100 feet away and price was a 1.50 cheaper

That elevator was slow.

The property was amazing. The pool was a small lap pool. I loved that they have alot of seating outside to enjoy the fresh air also.
The staff was very friendly! The facility was spotless. There were many places close by to eat. Very close to Disneyland also.
