Bath had previous users soap tray and the bath counter was water stained quite a bit. The hairs in the bed, the past users food in the fridge, the ac doesnt work and the folks in the room next door, woke up at 6 and started cooking some ungodly smelling crap. I was going to spend another day. Sorry - this was not a good adventure. I went elsewher.

The beds were terrible on a metal cot that needed some WD40. Every move you made a horrible Squeaking sound that woke up the whole room.

Requires updating. Bath walls require painting, toilet seat wiggled. Cost higher than previous nights stay. Expected more.

The beds were so squeaky. The bed was not comfortable at all. They are on these metal box things. Every time we turned or got out of the bed, the noise was so loud. The pool was nice but absolutely freezing. I wish it was a heated pool. The jacuzzi had bubbles in it and took extremely long to heat up. Also the coffee pot in our room was very dusty and dirty. I poured the water in it, and it was stuff floating in the water. Thank God it didn't even work when I plugged it in.

There wasn't any cold water at the sink. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on, and I had to lie on the bed. I saw two roaches and killed them both. Otherwise, it's not a bad stay.

The shower chair was broken, the desk chair was broken. The upstairs Gyes was booming on the floor get here noise, it was very nbixby.

That breakfast could have been more appetizing more fresh fruits and maybe bacon or sausage. And the hot tub was dirty so I couldn’t enjoy it.

I looked the location it was close to a lot of food locations and easy access to the interstate.

Leaking refrigerator until we thawed out the giant ice block in the freezer it leaked. Slow flushing toilet Shower sprayed all around the shower head so no water pressure and water all over floor Loud. The slamming doors woke me up all night. People are so rude and have no courtesy. It was like they purposely slammed as hard as they could. I would have slept better in my car.

How the maintenance wasn't keep up on the rooms such as servicing the air conditioners. The sheets didn't seem to fit the bed. The color outside was very drab. It made the hotel very unwelcoming. The ice machine on the first floor didn't work. On either end . We heard the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. So you have one working ice machine fir 3 floors. At first the hot tub wasn't very hot. But the second day the lady got it to working.

The staff was great they reacted to our problem. The rooms weren't very clean. The location was what we expected. We have stay here before when Windom had it. Radisson doesn't seem to car about their hotels.

We were place in a room near the lobby and elevators so there was noise the whole night. The property wasn’t serving hot breakfast for some reason so that was an extra expense on the trip. We usually make sure where we stay has a hot breakfast

The bed was so hard we had to sleep on the floor. It was softer, the room as at 85 when we arrived and stayed hot until the next morning when we left.

The breakfast was very disappointing. COVID is over!! No shampoo in the room. Carpet in hall needs cleaning.
