Grumpy pool attendant on monday. The lady the night before was wonderful and Nice. The woman on Monday, supposedly the manager was awful and rude.

The room had a strong cigarette smell to it. House keeping tried to barge in at 1030.

I was disappointed to find out that they have cut back on breakfast offerings. No scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage. They should at least have scrambled eggs.

Love the lap pools, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. I wish it was open until 10pm though. My room & bed were very comfortable. Hotel personnel placed me right across from swim-spa area in room 116 which made it very convenient for me.

shower didn’t drain. no hot water bathroom door was very loud and wouldn’t shut. beds were super old and uncomfortable. you could feel the springs. checking in, the man didn’t even say a word to me because he was on phone checking out, man wasn’t friendly either. no syrup. no cups. no hot chocolate.

WiFi was very spotty and continued to go in and out. The landline telephone didn’t have an actual cord, so therefore didn’t function. The shower curtain rod was installed too far from the actual tub, and there was only a decorative fabric shower curtain, not a plastic shower liner, so water got all over the bathroom floor whenever we took a shower.

Motel was a convenient location to Brattleboro and other things in the area. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The hair dryer overheated and burned out, melted. A window was left opened on the backside of the room behind closed curtains. Also, found some kind of a hard shelled bug crawling on tiled area. Not quite what we expected, pictures were very deceiving.

The king size bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good.

The location was convenient, right off of Rte 91. The staff was very pleasant. We didn’t understand the TV system, but the manager came right away to show us how to use it. The breakfast was a continental. It had sausages, waffle maker, hash and more. My only wish was there were some sort of egg, either hard boiled or scrambled. I would recommend this motel.

We go to Vermont 3 times a year this is where we like but this time was not good next to the ice machine people fighting and your partner you had was hitting the door at 6 am

drapes didn’t close properly — difficult to get privacy and light blocked. No inner sheer curtains. No stopper in bathroom sink.

Cleanliness of bathroom left something to be desired. There was a long hair on back of shower and bathroom door didn't shut. A new shower curtain every now and then would also help. One bedside lamp had a flickering bulb also.

Price for a Saturday on a Holiday Weekend. Close to all important things in Brattleboro.

Bed was nice and clean, but very soft. I slept fine, but my boyfriend had issues. A little more attention to detail should be done when cleaning. It was not horrible. Like I said, we'd stay again. Definitely seems there are some people living or long tem renting on the property. We talked with a few, and they were very nice. Only issue we had with that was a family across the way that was mean to their dog. Really upset me. 🥺

The price was excellent, especially for Labor Day weekend. When we got there, my debit card was declined. It was odd, because there was plenty of money in my account, and we had just used it at the KFC right down the road. They were kind enough to let me go to the ATM, and pay with cash. I was so relieved. The room was good size. Shower was hot with great pressure. We did not get to use the pool area, as we were busy doing other things. There is plenty of food and stores located nearby. The room was clean enough. Not perfect by any means, but we're not super picky, and the price was right. Few minor upgrades in rooms could make this a very nice place. Cable TV was good and functional. A/C worked great. We pretty much used our room for sleep and showers, so it definitely met our needs. I'd stay again.
