Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The WiFi was spotty. But I was able to get by.
Having a breakfast provided is always something I look for when choosing a hotel. This one was wonderful.

The walls were pretty thin, we could hear the people next-door very clearly talking late at night and pretty much any other movement that they made. I prefer more of a private setting for a hotel room, especially with young children.
I did appreciate the breakfast in the morning. The staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool in the hot tub.

The bed was super comfy. Wish the pillows were better. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The location was ok but not ok. People on bikes looking in cars. Homeless in he parking lot. Other than that it was good . Would definitely come back

The man who take care of us in front desk wasn't nice he didn't give us the room that I book plus he didn't give us even wfi password and breakfast tickets,,,,,sad because next time I will have to think about it before I booked again

The room is very spacious and clean. I saw the breakfast area, although I didn't eat there but I saw it was a good standard breakfast space with great choices for morning meals. There are also a lot of parking spaces. The building has good layout so the pool, the gym and the breakfast area can be easily accessed.

Carpet needs to be replaced, it was squishy and giving the room a weird smell. I didn't feel comfortable walking on it in bare feet. Room and bathroom very poorly ventilated. We had to leave the door open to get air flowing, otherwise it was stuffy and/or humid with the AC going. Microwave weak and fridge a bit small for a long stay, but both functional. If you are in the room during the day, they are doing construction so it's noisy; otherwise it's not bad. Wifi is on the weaker side; I just ended up using my 5G.
Free parking, on a block with a bunch of other hotels. Bathroom has good counter space. Free breakfast. Bed was pretty comfortable, not too soft and the bedding was pleasant. Shower was also pretty good, no issues with heat or water pressure. Overall, the furnishings are clean but on the older side.

Bathroom had strong cigarette smell that didn't dissipate throughout our stay. Room service received only 1 out of 3 days of stay - not much of an issue for us though.
Clean, spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Excellent noise control. Sufficient parking spaces is a huge relief! Staff is very courteous & welcoming. Breakfast was ok.

Air conditioner smelled terrible. Made the room smell horrible. Totally booked up, so unable to assign a different room. Staff was very nice. Issued a credit back.

breakfast was good but could use variety on different days. stayed 4 nights and had the same breakfast options all 5 days. not bad just no variety. the front desk staff could use some hospitality lesson from the breakfast staff. they were not very helpful or welcoming. parking spaces need improvement hardly any space between vehicles.
I love the location of the property. the morning breakfast staff were great! very friendly and hospitable. the beds are firm but nice. the pool area and outdoor patio area for breakfast was quite nice.
