The neighbors were loud and there was a 1in hap between the floor and the front door

Our floors were really dirty!

Didn't have time for breakfast. At a previous hotel we stayed at they made up breakfast bags for those on the go. It consisted of a piece of fruit and a muffin with a choice of juice.

We got there a bit early, they where kind enough for us to leave our bags in the room The room was not cleaned yet, but thought when we get back it would be We got back around 10pm, and the room was not cleaned yet. They moved us into a room with 2 3/4 beds where we booked a king size We where too tired to move again

There was a mix up and keys were made for another set of travelers to unlock the door and come in. It was righted but it was an unexpected surprise.

Unfortunately I had to kill two different roaches in my room during my stay. Pretty big ones but I think it is partly because they are also next to a gas station and a burger place.

The property had a nice pool and the lobby and elevator were taken care of relatively well. The workers were primarily Spanish speaking but very nice and helpful.

property was old and runned down. nearly any lighting in the room. it was fine for one night although lighting was really needed. shower pressure was very weak. I was charged twice and they said they couldn’t do anything and to contact my credit card company. charge did fall off after a few days.

They had no roll away bed, hot tub did not work, pillows was not good. No room service came at all for trash even. Breakfast was blah. Just microwave eggs and microwave sausage egg biscuits. Other foods ok.

I liked that it was clean. The staff was friendly and tried to help where they could.

the rooms are a little dated and needs to be remodeled.. the phone in are room didn’t work to call the front desk.. no iron was provided in the room.. the mini fridge was missing , a cutout for it.

There were only ratty sheets and very thin/dirty duvet covers on the bed, no actual blanket. The whole place smelled like incense.

Place was a bit outdated. Room needed some repairs. Pool didn't open until after checkout, so you can't enjoy it in the mornings, before it gets hot. Breakfast was packaged eggs and microwavable frozen sandwiches, that they must keep in the back. I saw several people heating theirs up, but I never saw them in the cooler. They also had to bring out batter for the waffles from the back. One of the cereal knobs was broken off, so it couldn't be used.

The location was perfect for my needs. The service was top-tier. It is definitely in need of some upgrades, but with rising prices everywhere, I was thankful to find a clean room with cold AC, no bugs, a comfy bed and reasonable amenities. Fridge, microwave, pool, continental breakfast (very limited selection)

The tvs are rather small and there was guy alleging to be a guest on the property knocking at doors and screaming into rooms

Bathroom wall was dirty; small roach was seen there as well. Shower pressure was bad. Lack of courtesy pick up from the airport was disappointing.

The water pressure in the room was non existent and when asked to have it fixed nothing was done. The room wasnt cleaned until I complained.

Easy check in, close to our parking lot. It's a place to sleep over night if you're traveling and arrive late to the airport.
