The first room had a 1000 roaches had to switch rooms

We were rushed out by staff trying to clean the room at 10 am when checkout is 11 am. My boyfriend was afraid we left clothes there due ti being arrassed by maid service ti leave. No breakfast in the morning they had the set up looked like and I thought there would be breakfast, nothing.

The room could have been worse.

It was evident that management took a lot of shortcuts. There was no coffee maker, insufficient towels that were stained, a "packet" of shampoo per person, and it was not clean (smudges everywhere) and the bathroom had hair and stains that should have been cleaned.

The room was very nice in terms of the layout, colors and the bed / beddings.

Where do I start. I didn’t have a no alarm clock or phone to call the front desk. The sink clogs slightly. The tv doesn’t work. I couldn’t even watch tv before bed to relax. I asked the front desk and they lied and said it out for the whole hotel but next door and downstairs, their tv worked fine.

The revelation check in was nice. The check in was smooth and easy. Very professional.

Room supposed to be non smoking too But the room smells full of smoked , the room filled with spider webs right the front entrance door.

Not clean and sanitary and didn't provide breakfast like they advertised and the room was not cleaned or sanitized and the towels were dirty and old. I was not worth thr was not the same room

No breakfast and not clean and coffee maker didn't work and the bathroom was not clean and hardly was able to shower and enjoy it the bath was dirty and only 1 towel for face and towels in the bathroom. The door was not closing and had to slam the door shut. No breakfast at all or ice or get drinks or vending machines and I paid more then what they advertised for a room and was not too happy.

Was not clean, they did not have breakfast and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast said it was at 6:00 and at 7:30 they had nothing not even coffee.

Breakfast is not included. Not happy. Bed sheet wrinkly and stains? The smoke alarm is not placed properly. I picked non-smoking area, but the bedroom smells like someone smoked there before. I see cigarette burns on the couch. No soap, no shampoo, etc. I'll never go back here again.

The floors were so dirty, I couldn't take my shoes off. The bathtub was dirty, and stained with mildew.

there was a nasty bath mat in the tub that was very visible and could have quickly been change. the bed was just ok.

how I can see dirty, and marks on the curtains the door was filthy from the inside anything that was white you could see it dirty, and the walls were not patched up. There was no smoke detector. The heater was half broken and made hella noise

The doors every time I close it it’s always dirty in the back there’s always some damage on the wall. Something is always broken like the smoke detector wasn’t plugged in and then there was like marks everywhere.

Wish there were more pillows and maybe an extra blanket, but I can’t complain much considering the price.

The floors had stains and were dirty. The shower had to be wiped down with a towel. The room phone didn't work, I had to walk down stairs to complain to the clerk that there was no iron board and iron . His answer was we took them of due to covid. I mentioned it show it online the room came with one. This guy was a total loss, and about phone not working he stated he couldn't do anything until boss shows up the next day. Worthless employee.

I like the location area.
